The first one was when we returned from the Disneyland at 17:00 and discovered that our room wasn’t cleaned. This could happen and we asked to send someone to clean it, after 30 minutes, I went to the reception and asked for an update and have been told that we put a don’t disturb sign according to the cleaner, which was a lie, eventually they sent the supervisor and the cleaner to clean it at 18:00 while the kids were in bed.
The second one occurred on the second day, we were about to leave the room for another day at Disneyland and the cleaner entered to clean the room and asked my wife why she didn’t put the dishes in the dishwasher. We were in shock as we haven’t seen this kind of behavior from a hotel’s staff. If this is the policy in this specific hotel then we should have been informed in advance. We returned from another day at Disneyland and found out that the room was cleaned, however the dishes remained at its place.
I encourage the Hotel’s management to pay attention for these details and make improvements because the hotel itself with the facilities is really nice.
