We really loved our stay. The personal was super friendly and helpful. The spa and the pool are great! Very good shuttle service to Disneyland. We did not like the breakfast and ended up going there just to meet with the rest of the family. I believe it was quite good with good variety - just not to our liking. The rest was absolutely great and can highly recommend.

Zimmer grosszügig, mit eigener Küche ausgestattet, sehr gut beim reisen mit Kleinkinder.
Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Standort perfekt, in der nähe vom Bahnhof, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Shopping und dem Disney Land. Der Hotel Shuttle zum Disney ist perfekt, und mit dem Zug ist man in 40min im Zentrum von Paris.
Der Pool ist leider für Kinder zeitweise gesperrt. Ab 17uhr dürfen nur Erwachsene in den Spa-Bereich. Das wäre meiner Meinung nach bis 18uhr zu verlängern.
In der Tiefgarage sind Steckdosen zum Laden welche kostenlos genutzt werden können. (Cee 32 blau, 1phase)
Das Restaurant hat eine gute Auswahl an Speisen, auch für die Kids ist etwas dabei.
Das Frühstück Buffet ist reichhaltig, es hat sehr viel Auswahl und jeder findet etwas ansprechendes.

Spent 5 days at this wonderful hotel last summer. Location was perfect for Disney, train station and shopping centre. But what was most outstanding was the staff! We arrived and met Youssef S, whom we actually mistook for the hotel manager because of his professionalism, efficiency and care. We were given maps, assistance with bags when needing storage whilst we visited shops after check out, this was extremely kind as not many places will do this once you’ve checked out. This meant we didn’t have to lug around hefty suitcases with small children in tow, between check out time and leaving for airport. A TV in our room was broken on arrival and manager Alyssa ensured we were not unduly charged which was a relief and a testimony to the hotel’s honesty, as there’s a substantial list of charges for damages in the rooms. The room we were given had an adjoining room door which was unlocked when we arrived. As I was a mum travelling with my older daughter and two younger children, this did not feel particularly safe, however the staff ensured the room was secured by the time we got back. The housekeeping staff wrote also amazing. They seem to pre-empt what you need in advance and we were always well taken care of. Thomas, the concierge and a couple of others whose names we didn’t manage to learn were all formidable. The hotel has complimentary vehicles, and will drive you to Disney with no requirement to book in advance. On the first day we were stunned when we got back to the drop off area outside Disney Village, expecting to call the hotel and request our pick up, but to our utter surprise and joy (it was very late and we were exhausted!) our chauffeur was already there waiting for us, having noted we had not yet returned from our day out. This thoughtfulness was above and beyond anything we’ve experienced and we’ve travelled and stayed 5*+ hotels. By far the first to car for you as though you are their own relatives, which left us feeling as if we were saying goodbye to our family upon leaving. We didn’t get to try the food as we ate out every day, but the hotel looked lovely. The pool area was a huge bonus, and you do get that luxury feel upon entering the recreational area. The pool was family friendly, and welcoming for children, who do tend to behave. Not just ours others as well, so you didn’t feel as if you were overwhelmed by noise. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, and if we ever visit Disney again this will be the place for our return. Hopefully we’ll get to see the staff again too, yes they were that lovely! Thanks guys for making out trip more wonderful. You were all certainly part of our great memories :))

I have been meaning to leave this review for ages but just never got round to it. I can’t thank this hotel enough for the help they gave me whilst my niece fell sick in the hotel last year and ended up in hospital. I can’t thank you all enough how you responded and got the ambulance for us. They also offered us extra time in the room if we needed to but in the end we did not need that extra room. It was unfortunate what happened with the situation but end of the day the management here really pulled through at a time of need. ||The service was beyond 5* and the hotel was really nice as was the breakfast and then they offer free ride to the park. ||Thank you All
