RELAIS SPA ^{* * * *}

This hotel was amazing.
It is very close to the Disneyland Paris parks and have ongoing shuttles available for transportation to the park. It also is close to shopping and restaurants.
The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was yummy. They even have spa amenities available for patrons.

The experience was wonderfull, from the welcoming till the departure. The pool, the breakfast...|A spécial thank to Antonin who made the experiece perfect for my daughter's birthday. |The Shuttle for Disney is a real plus. |I strongly recomand this hotel.

Overall experience was ok. Hotel close to Disney with excellent free shuttle service to the parks. Concierge team absolutely fantastic, both informative and friendly. Reception staff could do better. Two members of the team were very poor mannered and unhelpful.||House keeping apparently ends late afternoon so if you expect to have an afternoon nap and don’t allow the cleaners in your room it won’t get done!! At first glance rooms looked clean. However on closer inspection there was dust and hair visibly under the bed. The toilets are old and in need of replacing. Shower gel bottle was empty had to request it to be replenished. Dishwasher in our suite wasn’t working and cleaners didn’t even tidy the dirty dishes so I guess they just make the beds and empty the bins. Very strange system for a hotel not to have house keeping 24/7. I would recommend the hotel consider their house keeping routine as it is in need of a rethink in line with other 4 star hotels and guest expectations. ||Breakfast was very poor. No tea available on our entire stay. I did ask the staff at the start of our 5 day stay but they never facilitated my request. Plus they only have one machine with hot water (not even hot) so the line for hot drinks was always busy in the mornings. I had to go buy tea and make it in the room to bring to breakfast. Very dissatisfied. Food selection not great either. Maybe skip breakfast at this hotel and go to the local cafes across the road.||I agree with a previous review. The available pool time for children is not good. This should be reviewed as most families are at the park during these hours (maybe that’s why the hotel does this, very inconsiderate).||Would I recommend this hotel to families? NO. There are better alternatives outside the Disney Parks.||The only plus is it proximity to local restaurants, shops and train station.

On the day of our arrival, we headed straight to Disneyland since we arrived earlier than the check-in time. In the evening, when we got to our room, we were surprised to find the air conditioning on and the room was very cold (considering it was early May and still quite cold outside).||As for the food, it was OK, but what shocked me the most was that we only had one set of cutlery for the entire breakfast. That meant if I had pancakes with Nutella and then wanted to eat scrambled eggs, I had to use the same fork. The staff was quite slow in replenishing missing bread or drinks, and I even saw them bringing baguettes with their bare hands (I don’t even want to imagine what they had touched before that).||In the room, we had the option to make tea or coffee, but we always had to use the same cups, as there was nothing available to wash them properly.||The offer for staff to personally drive us to Disneyland was nice in theory, but poorly thought out in practice. It would make more sense for the hotel to hire a dedicated driver instead of relying on whoever from the staff happens to be available.||The hotel has only one pool and one hot tub. Once, I waited two hours to get into the hot tub because it was constantly occupied, and in the end, I didn’t even get the chance to use it, unfortunately.||The transfer from the hotel to CDG airport was supposedly included in the price, according to the reception. However, the driver asked us for €100 at the airport. When I contacted the hotel to ask whether this was standard procedure, I never got a reply (honestly, I would’ve preferred to pay for the transfer at reception — at least then I’d know where the money went).||Overall, the experience was okay, but I would choose a different hotel next time (and I’m not a demanding guest — I just value certain standards)

Great location for Disneyland. Had to make a number of calls to reception to rectify things during the stay which was annoying but otherwise ok.
