VILLAGES NATURE PARIS

Les activités possibles et les infrastructures promettent un séjour génial en famille. Pourtant tout est gâché par la saleté, du logement notamment. Clairement, le ménage n'est pas fait. Nous avons trouvé une chaussette au pied du lit, des déchets par terre.... La saleté partout, les éléments de cuisine inutilisable car dégoûtants, des tâches sur les draps, rideaux etc et tout les inombrables éléments et équipements qui ne fonctionnent pas ou sont cassés ..... Par ailleurs une odeur très forte d'urine dans le séjour nous empêchait d'y être. Nous avons demandé le landemain de notre arrivée (car arrivés à 17h) le changement des rideaux d'où émanait l'odeur mais avons dû réitérer la demande plusieurs jours avant qu'ils ne nous les changent (4 jours) sauf qu'ils n'avaient pas changé tous les rideaux de la baie vitrée donc une odeur persistait.||Le pire à été le matelas de la chambre d'enfant, horriblement sale et avec des tâches et une grosse de sang. Le simple drap plassé dessus ne tenant pas car étant sans élastique et trop petit, mon conjoint a dormi dessus (pour ne pas y mettre ma fille) et à attrapé des champignons.||Lors de nos diverses demandes à la réception, nous n'avons eu comme unique réponse que le fait qu'il s'agit de prestataires externes et qu'ils n'y pouvaient rien. ||Nous ne nous etalerons pas sur l'ascenseur, menant à notre appartement au 2e étage, en panne des notre arrivée. Ni au reste des infrastructures et restaurants aussi sales que le reste qui a donné à mon conjoint et ma fille un orgelet. ||(piscine) .||Une somme à dépenser sur place sur nos bracelets, nous a été proposée en compensation. ||Bref, horrible

The best part of Villages Nature for us was the activities. There are a number of fun things for kids to enjoy (note: most do require additional payment). The swimming and waterside complex is included and is great fun for kids and amuses them for hours. It could do with a little TLC - many broken lockers, a few slides closed but my son still loved it. ||The spa is a real disappointment. Very small, the change rooms were closed and you had to get changed and trek through the pool area of screaming children to get there which seemed to kind of kill the vibe. Even which that fixed its still not a great spa, you need to bring your own towel and flipflops or each will cost and addition 5 euros each. ||The room we had was a VIP cabin. It was clean, spacious but I wouldn't have called it VIP. There big downsides for me was the fact there was no oven so cooking was challenging. It more limited to what you could heat in the microwave. ||The food choice available aren't too bad. There is an Italian place that has really nice pizza and good prices. ||One of the real downsides of this place is the service. There seems to be a lot of staff but they seem more interested in having laughs and chats to each other whilst lines of customers wait rather than serve them. The cafe at the farm and the supermarket are terrible. ||It was an ok holiday, my son enjoyed the activities but we won't be coming back.

Fabulous family holiday. After reading the negative reviews after booking my heart sank. But after visiting I just don’t understand the negative comments. This place is absolutely amazing! |We’ve stayed in uk centre parks before and found the facilities here just as good plus Disney a 20 min bus ride away. ||The free activities are plentiful - make sure you get on a bike and explore the whole site as it is huge! The farm is lovely where you can go in and pet the goats and a fantastic indoor play centre.||My 9 year old did the tree trek / high ropes which she loved and was great value at €24 for over 2 hours of fun. Different height kids can go on different levels. There were groups of adults doing the advanced trails too. Staff all helpful and friendly. ||We also went on the boats on the lake which was a lot of fun, the jeep safari for our 6 year old and went bowling - all staff at these activities spoke to us in English and were all helpful. ||The waterpark is great. Lots to do. Some advanced slides for over 16yrs. A warm outdoor lazy river great for young ones as they can float in life jackets supplied (looks like they are also building outdoor rapids) |The changing rooms were cleaned all the time. I saw a cleaner in there on each of our 3 visits. The lockers are fiddly and if you (dont forget which number you are as there are hundreds!) your bracelet opens the locker and apartment door - it can be a bit of a pain if it doesn’t work as you have to go and find a security guard to open it for you. Free rock climbing wall, karioke room and dance room was a nice bonus to all be included in the price. Good for 9+ kind of age.||Italian restaurant was efficient. Ordering via an app. Delicious pizza. We also had a crepe in the daytime which was delicious and worth a visit. Restaurants were fairly pricey, but we mainly ate at our lodge so didn’t mind spending out on a few meals. ||We did see a mouse and a rat - but it is by no means ‘over run’ with rats!! The lodges are surround by nature and it is beautiful. There are bins everywhere and it’s very clean and feels rustic and wild. We also saw a heron, an otter and rabbits. The lodges are built in nature so you can expect wildlife - you are on their turf!! ||Our lodge was 4304 and was well placed between the farm and the shop. It was a vip apartment on the ground floor. Plenty of room. A few missing kitchen items such as a can opener and chopping board, but we made do without and I’m sure if we had told reception they would have replaced them, but we were having too much fun exploring to worry! ||The supermarket is great. Plenty of fresh food and ready meals which looked amazing if you didn’t want to cook. We stopped at a huge Carrefour supermarket 10 mins away.||Getting to Disney was easy. It’s quite a walk to get out of centre parcs. But the bus seemed to go every 30 minutes and for a family of 4 it was €10 each way - take cash. Stops along the way and takes about 20 mins. We caught the same bus back again at 10pm. Easily signed bus stops. ||You make this holiday what it is. If you are a moaner and see the negative in everything, don’t like walking or doing anything for yourself then you will have a rubbish time. If you like nature, exploring, cycling and are willing to explore the park and take time to look at the website to see what’s on and happening each day, book activities etc then you will absolutely love it!! ||If your holiday is likely to be ruined by square pillows and no English TV then just stick to the UK!

Stayed here for a few days for Disneyland Paris.
Beautiful place, clean and spacious rooms, amazing waterpark, and great family atmosphere. There is plenty to do as a family.

Personally I found the shops and restaurants were a little expensive but I suppose this is standard for centre parks.

I would highly recommend for a family trip away.

Les tarifs sont qd même élevés
Nous avons été rejoints par nos enfants une journée , tarif également élevé ( plutôt demie journée 16h 23h ) avec annonce de piscine ouverte jusque 20h
Il faudrait préciser que tout le monde sort de l'eau à 19h et que c'est galère pour atteindre et avoir un vestiaire
Les bungalows sont déjà bien abîmés , nous étions en premium
Un coussin du canapé était déchiré, la petite porte où l'on met la pastille lave vaisselle était cassée et la sécurité de la fenêtre dans une des chambres n'existait pas
Merci pour les animations gratuites pour tous ( ferme , mur d'escalade , kids aventure , conte , soirée disco )
Les autres animations que nous avons choisies pour notre enfant ( atelier chocolat, permis de conduire ) sont top mais payantes
Le parc en lui-même est très agréable, les allées sont larges et les espaces verts sont bien entretenus
Un séjour tout de même agréable
