VILLAGES NATURE PARIS

It was nice and quiet with lots of interesting wildlife. There's a restaurant that does a really great steak and the wine pairing was fabulous! There are local bus stops close to the pedestrian entrance and it was easy to leave.
Apart from time spent with family, the above were the only good things.
Even though we went in May half-term the place felt dead. A lot of the facilities needed a good dust and a lick of paint. Everything felt tired and shabby with slightly broken things and dust and cobwebs. Soap dispensers in public area toilets were often empty and with cubicles out of order. The beds were really very hard and the one pillow per person was like a small sofa cushion; it was not comfortable or relaxing after a long day. There were no additional blankets in case we got chilly. The outside parts of the swimming pool looked like they needed a good scrub - we did not swim at all for this reason. Some of the staff were friendly but most looked as ready to go home as I was after the first few hours. Very difficult to eat in restaurants there with dietary requirements.
For the price my father-in-law was charged for our extended family to be there, we expected cleanliness and comfort; it's honestly a beer service at champagne prices and next time I am in the area I will stay somewhere else. I appreciate at Center Parcs you are basically self-catering and have to lay on a lot of things for yourself but this was a joke

Overall, a really great park and a fantastic week spent with family. We drove from Surrey, 2 hours down to le shuttle, early crossing and a 3.5 hour drive down to the park. Easy drive and near enough all motorway!||Positives|-so close to Disney, we drove and it’s more or less one straight road-15 minutes max ||-aqua mundo is amazing, some really great slides for all ages ||-good variety of food outlets, Italian was great and bakery was superb. We were in the bakery at least once a day ||-supermarket was good and well stocked at good prices. Salad cart was a win||-accommodation, we stayed in the new VIP lodge 4 bedroom. Wow what a place-the best self catering accommodation that we’ve ever stayed in. Very clean and very spacious ||-activities, huge amount of things to do. Yes you pay for some but a lot of the parks and forest walking routes are great and free. The Farm was a great spot for a drink and the indoor play park was brilliant ||Negatives ||-not always easy to get a ‘quick’ drink. We popped into the bowling bar for a drink and waited 15 minutes after ordering on the app for drinks to appear||-oven in the lodge, takes an age to cook anything. We were in a brand new lodge so oven must be new also but not great||-some staff are great, some looked a bit disinterested-sure you get this everywhere ||Tip||The park is Huge! We learnt after day 1 that you need bikes or cart to get about. VIP lodges to shop takes at least 15 minutes to walk. Not so easy with a toddler adamant on walking! Hire bikes, they are great and the kids loved the adventures ||Overall, we would 100% return!

Week-end 4 jours 3 nuits.|Centre parcs agencé un peu différemment des autres, cela reste un des plus beau domaines, il y a une énorme esplanade extérieures autour du lac avec toutes les restaurants, boutiques, Franprix, prestations proposées et le dome aquatique est lui séparé. Par contre cela manque d'indication pour les piétons et surtout les parking à vélo qui sont exclus de l'esplanade.|Dôme aquatique est sur plusieurs étages, on commence par monter pour rejoindre les cabines, les casiers puis on descend par un escalier pour aller à la piscine et aux toboggans. Pas de rivière sauvage dans ce dôme. |Cottages confort de 6 personnes, pas de kit de bienvenue à notre arrivée, manque de propreté, mauvaise orientation au soleil et peu de luminosité car coller dans les bois. Il faudrait élaguer un peu pour pouvoir profiter de la terrasse. |Pour ce qui est des restaurants, nous avons testé la pizza à emporter commandé pour 20h30, on a attendu 2h sur place, des pizzas qui avaient été préparées mais qu'y nous on pas été donné donc mangé froide, je ne recommande pas. Nous avons aussi testé Le burger, foncé c'est top ! |Si vous souhaitez profiter d'une journée à Disneyland, il est très bien situé et à 15 min en voiture.

Helaas zitten we er NU in 3276. Zijn niet te helpen op dit moment.|Toen we het huisje in kwamen om 19.15u roken we al een lichte rioollucht (kan zijn als het huisje langer niet gebruikt is). Het is ook rustig nu. Bij meerdere medewerkers bevestigd ondanks Hemelvaart. Omdat we laat waren, zo snel mogelijk gaan eten vanwege 2 kids. Kwamen daarna terug en de rioollucht niet te harden. Snel de badkamer beneden checken en er zit een flinke scheur bij de afvoer van de douche beneden. Badkamer beneden niet te gebruiken. Doorgeven per Whatsapp. Krijgen bericht terug dat na 20.30u geen reactie meer komt. Gebeld, maar na Google Translate door receptionist mogen we morgen om 9.00u bij de receptie het aankaarten.|Zeer vele malen Center Parcs gehad, maar dit is wel de slechtste service die we ooit hebben gehad.|@Centerparcs, morgen oplossen per omgaande aub. Dan zal ik ook netjes hier een reactie op geven
