VILLAGES NATURE PARIS

Nous avions prévu une journée à Village Nature le 16 juillet pour fêter l’anniversaire de ma fille. J’avais réservé 5 billets (2 adultes, 2 enfants, 1 bébé), et nous avons fait plusieurs dizaines de kilomètres pour l’occasion. Malheureusement, en arrivant sur place, j’ai réalisé que la réservation avait été faite par erreur pour le 15 juillet.

Pas une seule solution proposée. Le personnel est resté totalement inflexible, refusant de déplacer la date ou de faire le moindre geste. Même en expliquant que nous étions une famille avec de jeunes enfants, et que c’était une erreur de bonne foi, rien n’a été fait.

Devant la déception des enfants, nous avons dû payer une seconde fois nos entrées, au tarif plein cette fois. Soit deux paiements pour une seule journée. Un vrai gâchis, à tous niveaux.


C’est une gestion incompréhensible et décevante pour une destination censée être familiale. En cas de souci, n’espérez aucun soutien. Ce qui aurait pu être un bon souvenir restera comme une expérience amère, coûteuse et profondément frustrante.

Having visited the UK sites a few times, we made the decision to visit a Center Parcs Europe site after seeing many recommendations - bigger sites, more activities included and value for money - all for a fraction of the cost of staying in the UK.
The one thing I will say, the site location is fantastic for anyone planning to visit Disneyland, a short 10 minute drive away.
It's also very green here, and pretty to look at, with lots of flower gardens and green walls, a lot of care has been put into looking after these.
Aside from these two points, we were quite disappointed with everything else. As a group of 9 across 2 lodges, we arrived to find the outdoor area of both lodges quite dirty, decking area hadn't been brushed down or cleaned, and the loungers and seating facilities hadn't been cleaned from the winter mould. We also spotted multiple rats. The lodges smelled like vinegar, which is what I assume they use to clean, but the smell lingered for the week. There was also underwear left in multiple rooms from the previous people.
Moving onto the resort itself, it is quite lovely. Overall it is a lot quieter than UK sites visited so you would think less queuing or waiting? Wrong. The service was poor in all retail establishments. The coffee shop was a minimum 45 minute wait, and we were often left feeling like we were inconvenicing staff. The supermarket shelves were often empty, and the bars and restaurants had no beer. We weren't made to feel welcome when we arrived and ignored when we were sat waiting to order.
There's also a lot of building work underway, outside of lodges and the swimming pool, but we didn't once see people working here. I understand the need for improvements, a lot of the location is dated, but it doesn't look like much progress is being made.
Overall, a pretty disappointing experience which has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I wouldn't return.

Forêt aux alentours ayant l'air abandonnée, dans la ferme calcule 4 chèvres 3 vaches les 4 chevaux.
Les maisons à louer aux alentours ne sont pas entretenues.
Seul point positif la piscine et les toboggans.
Bref à éviter vu le prix

Super accueil et service de la part de Juliette et Léandre!
Pas mal de questions et de demandes de ma part, ils ont été patients et présents.
Mettent tout en œuvre pour que le séjour se passe à merveille!

Erg fijn park. Net even anders dan de parken in Nederland met veel meer groen, tuinen, een fantastisch zwembad met zowel groot binnen- als buitengedeelte, de boulevard langs het meer met wat winkels en vermaak. Supermarkt tot laat open met natuurlijk een koeling vol champagne. Uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor Disneyland op een kwartiertje rijden.
