入住和退房行李都沒有要幫忙搬的意思，入住時房間還沒好，說會打電話通知也沒有通知。隔音很差房間很小。房間打掃的很隨便，其中一天甚至到下午四點還沒打掃，水也不幫忙重裝。早餐每一天都完全一樣，還好只住了三天。點了Room service上的食物（薯條 Pizza）都是冷的，還要加價15歐，還好是用酒店給的$100抵用金。

Je suis un habitué de l'hôtel. Il est d'abord bien situé et correspond à mes attentes en matière de qualité et de standing. Il y a ensuite le personnel qui est particulièrement très attentif et efficace. Mathias, Toufik et les autres collaborateurs chargés des bagages et des services à l'extérieur de l'hôtel sont absolument charmants et efficaces. Le personnel de la réception l'est également. Dimitri au bar, outre d'être physionomiste, réalise de très bon cocktails.

This hotel has a very good location. Pricing was reasonable and the room was very clean. The room that we had chosen was very small though. Nevertheless, we had a good experience and a great stay in the hotel during our first visit to Paris. It was memorable.
