Faultless customer service, from the moment I checked in, to the quality of room service, entertaining and attentive barman, informative concierge and quick check-out. The hotel is centrally located, while the rooms are perfectly equipped, with the most comfortable sheets/duvet/pillows one can ever wish for. I look forward to my next visit.

This time, I was a little bit disappointed. The room was not clean (trash in the shower, and in the trash before checkin). Sofitel in other countries are perfect.

Edit: The hotel offered us late checkout in order to apologize which was very appreciated.
I believe that next stay will be 5 star.

I have really enjoyed by stay here at the Scribe! The staff is truly amazing. Every single person here is very friendly and speaks English very well! Eve the concierge has been so helpful to make our stay very special- even via email before we arrived. She arranged a fantastic massage for my husband and I in their wellness center. The masseuse was absolutely wonderful if you are needing some relaxation on your visit to Paris! Finally, Christophe took wonderful care of us at breakfast each morning. He provided great recommendations and always was so welcoming.
Great hotel! We really enjoyed our visit and stay.
