Ausser der guten Lage, dem feinen Frühstück und guten grossen Zimmern gibt es leider auch einen negativen Punkt. Die Frauen an der Rezeption sind alle sehr unfreundlich und haben einen schnippischen Ton. Für ein so teures Hotel ist dies nicht akzeptabel. Daher werde ich nicht wiederkommen.

I booked this hotel as it was really high ranked at Tripadvisor. And maybe by that, my expectation level was too high, but I was not impressed by the hotel.||My room was comfortable but in need of some maintenance—paint was peeling in several areas, and some lights weren’t working. The rooms also lacked soundproofing, as I could hear noise from the room above.||Breakfast was disappointing, with very limited options and an extremely high price (€32). You’re better off grabbing something at the café next door. Additionally, the breakfast staff didn’t speak English and were not very attentive.||Overall, it was an okay stay, but nothing remarkable, rectifying the high ranking at TripAdvisor,

This is a very cute hotel. The breakfast is amazing, it has a variety of products and the staff is really friendly. The only negative part is that the rooms facing the street are not really soundproof, and you can hear the clients from the bars on the streets even later than past midnight. The area seems to be safe. I had specially requested a quiet room when booking the hotel, but this requested was somehow not taken into account.

We loved this hotel! Would recommend a little less touristy area, but on a street with great stops to grab cheese and wine! The sauna was a lovely surprise as well!
