Just spent 4 days at the ZÉ Hotel in the 9th arrondissement in Paris . It was funky and chic. Very comfortable. The staff was exceptional. So central, near Sacre Coeur, Monmarte, and Pigale. Lots of wonderful restaurants

Prenotato tramite Smatbox per 2 notti con l'aggiunta di 1 diretta, pensavo di trovare un soggiorno medio/discreto e invece tutt'altro. Hotel moderno e bellissimo nelle sue forme stilizzate al luogo. Pulizia ottima e colazione Super.
Al finale mi hanno anche omaggiato la colazione della 3⁰ notte.

Loved our room. It was on the first floor by the street, however, you couldn’t hear much noise coming from the street. The bed was so comfy and staff was friendly.

Hôtel chic très bien situé dans le 9ième , accueil très chaleureux, grande serviablité et réactivité de l'ensemble du personnel. Chambre très agréable , adaptée pour les personnes PMR ,décorée avec beaucoup d'originalité , literie hyper confortable avec enfin une climatisation fonctionnelle et sans bruit. .Coup de coeur pour le petit déjeuner généreux et délicieux à découvrir absolument .

Het ontbijt was verzorgd, de kamers ook. De lift was kapot waardoor we het ganse weekend de trap moesten nemen tot de vijfde verdieping. Het ontbijt was tot 10u denk ik. We waren te laat en moesten om de hoek iets zoeken. Reden was eigenlijk de lift want we wilden niet nog eens naar boven moeten na het eten. Soit. Op zich vriendelijk, maar er was nergens duidelijk info zichtbaar over de huisregels, wifi, check-out en dergelijke. Er was ook geen warm water meer waardoor het water van de douche maar lauw was… Beetje jammer allemaal.

Hôtel bien situé dans le 18e arrondissement de Paris, la partie réception/petir dej y est chic et bien agencé. Les petits déjeuners sont parfaits et assez copieux et le personnel est aux petits soins pour nous. Les parties communes sont accessibles avec un ascenseur, des bandes podotactiles incrustées dans la moquette aux abords des escaliers. La chambre où j’ai séjourné était bien située et bien décorée. La chambre était étroite et pas très pratique et il y faisait très chaud donc le sommeil réparateur n’était pas forcément au rdv. C’est dommage que les lits doubles soient en réalité des lits simples car ils ne sont pas 100% confort à cause de la séparation au milieu. Par contre la salle de bain était très bien ainsi que les produits de bain. Merci pour l’accueil du personnel.

The hotel's location is quite good - a few minutes from the Cadet metro, which gives you plenty of access to the city. The neighborhood is good, too. Many restaurants and bars, though nothing cultural in the immediate vicinity. Montmartre isn't too far away. The personnel were friendly and helpful. And the hotel was cute. Each room was decorated differently. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I was unhappy about 3 things. 1) Maintenance. A knob above the spout for switching the water flow to the shower head was missing. I figured out that I had to partially unscrew the remaining little black plastic piece in order to pull it into the proper position. The safe was broken. I was offered to use the hotel safe, but that is not what I wanted to do. The gentleman reception brought me to another room where it's safe also didn't work. Finally, he did bring me a new safe. Kudos for that and his patience. 2) I did not mind going up by stairs from th 4th floor (elevator stops there) to the 5th (top floor). However, I did not get the room I paid for, at least in my opinion. I chose a 21 meter room with a queen bed. The room was smaller for sure and the bed was a full/double. Maybe it was my fault because in the special requests, I asked for an upper floor with a street view and smaller was what they had. 3) A minor thing - breakfast could have been a little more extensive for a served one. Ze Hotel doesn't offer a buffet.

Ho provato a prenotare con Smartbox e non hanno accettato la prenotazione, dicendo che non era registrato, se bene Smartbox mi ha confermato la prenotazione, alla fine dopo insistere con diverse e-mail mi hanno risposto di non fare finta di non capire.|Veramente deludente, inoltre non parlano italiano.

Zeer mooie propere kamer, heel vriendelijk personeel, lekker ontbijt, goede uitvalsbasis. Kortom... perfect. Zeer goed hotel. Personeel is 24/24 aanwezig. Wanneer je op pad gaat geef je de sleutel terug aan het onthaal. Geen ontbijtbuffet, maar wat je krijgt is Zeer ruim voldoende en gevarieerd. De bagage kan ook langer blijven staan, zodat je op jouw laatste dag nog makkelijk kan rondlopen zonder alles te moeten meesleuren. Op een klein kwartiertje wandelen van het station, kleine 10 min naar metro...

Bel chambre, bel accueil, bel emplacement, bon petit déjeuner.
Un seul bémol concernant les taxes de séjours qui ont augmentées....est de 7,45€ ????
Nous y avons passé 3 nuits donc.,.7,45x2persx3 nuits = 44,7€
Paris nous fait payer très cher leurs jeux olympique ????
De plus, on arrive pas à Paris avec don picnic ????‍♀️
On visite, on se restaure et on circule dans Paris et ça ce n’est pas gratuit non plus.
Donc, tenez en compte..

Super hôtel bien situé ( on a fait tout Paris à Pieds) mais le métro + gare du Nord sont proches
Chambre spacieuse, calme ( pas un bruit la nuit)
Délicieux petit déjeuner
Un tout grand merci aux 2 dames qui y travaillent la semaine, elles nous ont super bien accueillies
J’y retournerai surement

Great hotel! Super close to the Paris North station. Really friendly people, although they could work on their English a bit more. I luckily speak enough French to understand what they said.
Room was fine, all you need for a city trip. Sadly our window was (we think) accidentaly left open when we went out so our room was freezing when we returned at night. Nothing a hot shower can't fix.
Nice breakfast (soft boiled egg, pancake, croissant, pain au chocolat, fresh fruit, yoghurt, bread).
Had a great 2 night stay, would recommend.

Je descends régulièrement dans cet hôtel, très bien placé et équipé de chambres très confortables et toutes différentes, avec un réel goût pour la décoration.
Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, et servi à table, mais un peu répétitif lorsqu’on vient souvent, même si évidemment on peut refuser une partie pour varier un peu.
Mais le point le plus remarquable est la gentillesse et l’accueil de toute l’équipe, des veilleurs de nuit au personnel du petit déjeuner, avec une mention spéciale pour Rose à l’accueil, qui fait se sentir « comme chez soi ». À noter que son remplaçant du week-end est également très gentil.
C’est un 4* et c’est probablement un des meilleurs rapport qualité-prix de Paris.

Fantastic place. Very cosy rooms with very comfortable beds and cushions. Ideally located, close to Montmartre and Opera, with several metros nearby. Quiet even though central. |Super friendly staff. |Very tasty breakfast. My son was tired after New Year’s Eve and the staff kindly offered to prepare a take-away breakfast for him :-)

La habitación está bien, pero nada más llegar ya te cobran otra tasa de estancia más, de 8 euros por persona por noche. Además de que el desayuno que viene incluido es uno solo por persona, es decir, solo 1 desayuno para ambas personas ,si sois una pareja, sé lo cobran a 18€ a la otra persona. No nos avisaron de esto y nos cobraron pidiéndonos perdón por no avisar. En el barrio había borrachos y olía a marihuana. Pero descartando eso, la habitación estaba bien. Solo que no te avisan, preguntad porque cobran de todo.

Rien à dire sur l'accueil ou la propreté
La salle de bain est étroite mais le lit confortable.
Petit bémol sur l'insonorisation des murs où on faisait visiblement trop de bruit à discuter pour le voisin. À l'inverse, j'ai eu le sentiment de prendre ma douche avec lui tellement l'eau sur la paroi raisonnait dans notre chambre

Chambres au 5e étage très exigues. Au point de ne pouvoir ouvrir une valise. Pas d'ascenseur jusqu'au 5e. Mais personnel très aidant. Rapport qualité/ prix correct. Calme, propre mais beaucoup trop petit !!!

Hôtel bien situé et tres agréable d’y séjourner. La décoration très chouette, les chambres bien propres.
Je le conseille vivement, son petit déjeuner très bon avec de bons produits.
