Just got back from a wonderful stay at this establishment. The staff were extremely welcoming & helpful. The room was very clean & comfortable. The location is excellent, with lots of restaurants & shops within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious with lots to choose from & was replenished often. Please be advised this hotel may be difficult for people with wheelchairs as the lift is very small. Would highly recommend it!

Je suis profondément choqué par un incident survenu dans ma chambre pendant mon séjour dans cet hôtel pourtant classé quatre étoiles. À deux reprises, le personnel est venu frapper à ma porte, et la deuxième fois, un employé a osé ouvrir la porte de ma chambre sans attendre ma réponse, après seulement deux secondes. Il a tenté d’entrer alors que j’étais à l’intérieur, ce qui constitue une violation flagrante de ma vie privée et de ma tranquillité. Ce comportement est totalement inacceptable et indigne d’un établissement de ce standing. Je m’attendais à un minimum de respect et de professionnalisme. Or, ce que j’ai vécu ressemble plus à une intrusion qu’à un service hôtelier digne de ce nom. Le personnel de l’hôtel n’a proposé ni compensation raisonnable, ni excuses sincères. À la place, on m’a simplement expliqué comment utiliser la pancarte « Ne pas déranger ». Je sais parfaitement l’utiliser, mais je ne souhaite pas avoir à le faire pour me protéger. Ce que je refuse catégoriquement, c’est qu’on entre dans ma chambre sans mon consentement. Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel à toute personne attachée au respect de sa vie privée et de sa sécurité.

酒店地點靠近巴黎北站，從火車站坐車和走路過來差不多時間，去其他景點也非常方便，乾淨整潔，工作人員都很熱情開朗，我們住了6晚，每天回到酒店，都會去自助咖啡機倒杯熱水，或熱茶，熱咖啡，有賓至如歸的感覺。早餐有熱炒蛋，培根，還有法包，可頌等等，很不錯，為每天外出觀光提供了足夠的能量。絕對會推薦來巴黎的朋友們試試這間酒店。

stayed here for 3 nights with partner and young child. location is good, close to train stations and plenty shops restaurants in the area. |we had a 16 month old and were not provided with a travel cot.|the lift is tiny and could not fit the pram in there - therefore wouldn’t recommend for families or disabled. |no kettle in the room, no iron or fridge. no english channels on the tv.|not that clean - some sort of eggs on the bed sheet for the single bed which we didn’t use (as our son was too young anyway and no cots provided)|for location it is good but cleanliness and facilities for families not good

Great location. We got it at a discount so it was worth the price. But the toilet was separated from the handwashing basin.
