拜托你们！千万千万不要来入住这家酒店！！！在booking上定了这家酒店，因为生病，无法前往巴黎，由于时差问题过了免费取消政策4个小时，酒店拒不退款，导致我损失了1500欧元！我需要拿这笔钱来治疗我生病的费用，但酒店拒不退款。后来我选择更改时间，等可以前去法国的时候再入住，酒店也拒绝更改时间，更可恨的是，前台Alex服务非常非常的差劲，直接挂断了我的电话，后来再打就不接了，我第一天没有入住酒店直接取消了我的订单，然后心安理得的拿着我的钱，不接我的电话，我现在不知道该怎么处理这个事情了。只希望能看到评论的你们，不要入住这家黑心的酒店！Please, please, please don't stay at this hotel!!! I booked this hotel on Booking.com. Due to illness, I couldn't go to Paris. Because of the time difference, I missed the free cancellation policy by 4 hours. The hotel refused to refund my money, causing me to lose 1,500 euros ! I need this money for my medical treatment, but the hotel refused to refund it. Later, I chose to change the date and stay when I could go to France, but the hotel refused to change the date. What's even worse is that the front desk staff, Alex, was extremely rude. He hung up on me and wouldn't answer my calls later. I didn't stay at the hotel on the first day and directly cancelled my order, but they took my money without a second thought and wouldn't answer my calls. I don't know how to handle this situation now. I just hope that those who see this comment won't stay at this heartless hotel!

Je suis très satisfaite de mon séjour. L’ambiance de l’hôtel est chaleureuse, on s’y sent tout de suite à l’aise. Le personnel est attentionné, toujours à l’écoute et soucieux du bien-être des clients. Le service est impeccable, la chambre confortable et très propre. Merci pour cette belle expérience, je reviendrai sans hésiter !

Très bon petit déjeuner. Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais c'est largement suffisant et puis on est à Paris!! ????????????
