3 yıldız ama tartışılır, kahvaltı için önden haber vermek lazımmış. Odada terlik yok,bence olmalı,çarşaf ve havlular temiz ama odada dolap çok küçük

This will probably the worst hotel I stayed at in my 20 years of traveling across the globe.
All aspects of this hotel are horrendous.
During the stay- the receptionist act if they did a favor to give us the rooms.
The rooms are extremely bad. Small, archaic and old. Just 1 functioning electric plug. Bed was hard. Pillow was as if they put stuffed cotton in a cloth. An inflatable mattress is much better than what they offered. The sheets were dirty and the overall room looks run down.
The bathroom was dirty and mind it- there is no shower curtain. So every time I showered the entire floor was flooded with water. And if you request a change of room or ask for help- you will be made to feel guilty of not putting up with this circus.
And forget about sleeping here- you can hear everything happening in the other rooms and the noisy neighborhood outside.
All the low ratings are real and do yourself a favor and book another hotel.

bel hôtel j'ai trouvé une fille Anna à la réception qui était très gentille, professionnelle et sympathique, la femme de ménage était très gentille et courtoise, toujours souriante, j'ai passé un très bon moment, je recommande je reviendrai bientôt vous voir. Merci Anna♥️

Albergo molto carino ed accogliente, in un strada intersecante Rue La Fayette, vicino alla fermata metro di Cadet.|Stanza comoda, intima, con affaccio sul parco del Monthol, da dove poter godere di albe e tramonti romantici.|Servizi impeccabile, pulizia e refresh giornaliero, da parte di una signora squisita. |Gentilezza nell'accoglienza, aperta h 24.|Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

There was no air conditioning in the room and a smelly drain in the bathroom. Bed was very small. The lift comes out mid floor so you need to lug cases either up or down stairs. Good location for Gare du nord and Opera/ galleries Lafayette and airport bus. Nice big windows overlooking gpark square with trees.

Great location less than 10 minute walk to Gare du Nord & very close to Cadet Metro.|Hotel is an older building with character, not a soulless chain hotel.The narrow staircase, small lift & dated layout add to its charm.|The bedroom & bathroom were comfortable & clean.|The Reception, Night staff & cleaners were friendly & helpful.|Breakfast was included in the price & was a typical self service continental meal.||I stayed during the Olympics when hotel prices in Paris were at a premium so felt it was good value for money.|

Posizione ottima per visitare le maggiori attrazioni delle città grazie alla vicinissima fermata metro , ma scarso di pulizia , comfort, comodità .|Moquette impolverata, ragnatele cadenti dal tetto, mobili impolverati, stile obsoleto mancate persino di aria condizionata . Non lo consiglio !

Отель удобно расположен: центральная часть Парижа, в пешей доступности станции метро, многие достопримечательности.
Проживали в двухместном номере на пятом этаже с видом на сад.
Номер без запахов, с нормальной звукоизоляций номера и Wi Fi . В номере не холодно (проживали в марте) при необходимости можно включить отопительный прибор. В номере : телевизор, стол, стул, шкафчик, сейф. Мини-бара и чайника нет. В ванной комнате: душевая кабина , туалет, фен. Гель для душа и мыло в дозаторах.
Отель не новый, но ухоженный.
На ресепшн вежливый и внимательный персонал!

À proximité du métro Cadet, cet hôtel jouit d'un très bon emplacement pour se déplacer dans Paris. Les chambres sont correctes sans plus. La salle de bain (donc avec une baignoire) est, comme le reste, un peu hors du temps. Avec une grande hauteur sous plafond, l'éclairage qui y est installé ne permet pas d'être à l'aise pour se préparer (mauvais éclairage pour bien utiliser le miroir). Le petit déjeuner se prend au sous-sol. L'ascenseur dessert les étages par demi pallier (pour aller au 2, il faut choisir soit 1-2 puis monter un peu l'escalier, soit 2-3 puis descendre un peu l'escalier).
Le tarif est en réalité le véritable atout de cet hôtel.

My company booked a 3 night non-refundable stay here for me. I checked out after spending less than 1 hour in the room. It was very hot and no AC, room was dirt and smelled of smoke, furniture was broken and there was no drinking water. They would not issue a refund for any portion of the prepaid stay. For about 25 Euro more a night I stayed in an excellent, COLD AC, CLEAN hotel 10 min walk away

L'hotel è situato in una traversa della via principale di Parigi, la Fayette. È vicinissimo alla metro cadet e alla zona di montematre. Le camere sono abbastanza spaziose, ma non vengono pulite abbastanza. Nel bagno c'erano delle formiche che camminavano. Considerando che è un hotel a tre stelle comunque ne è valsa la pena per il prezzo pagato. Lo staff è gentile e cordiale.

Bardzo głośno od ulicy i w hotelu nawet po ciszy nocnej, bardzo slabe wifi i ciagle rozlacza. Gosc z recepcji niekumaty, niemiły i niepomocny. Jedynie Pani byla pomocna. Baba sprzatajaca wziela podczas sprzatania nasze ubrania ktorych potem nie otrzymaliśmy do nastepnego dnia. Znaleziono tylko dwie rzeczy. facet z recepcji w ogole nie pomogl.
Jedyny plus to lokalizacja i czysty pokoj.

Je trouve l'hôtel très bien situé (bouche de métro proche, Sacré Coeur, gare de l'Est). Les employés sont très agréable, ptit déjeuner top. J'ai adoré le pommeau de douche vintage par contre je trouve qu'il fait beaucoup trop chaud dans la chambre heureusement qu'il y a un ventilateur car je n'ai pas voulu laisser les fenêtres ouvertes (rez-de-chaussée). Personnellement je trouve que les nuits sont trop bruyantes, je suis une campagnarde donc je ne suis pas habitué au bruit ???? mais la vue sur le parc est très agréable.

場所は駅近くでとても良いと思います。周りにはカフェやレストラン、スーパーなど沢山あります。駅前にはマックやスタバあります。
とにかくホテルのエレベーターは大変です。エレベーターホールなんてものは無いに等しいです。扉開いたらすぐに階段！危ないです。部屋はキレイでした。窓からの眺めも良かったです。バスタブあります。冷蔵庫無いのが残念。
こちらは夜10時過ぎまで明るいせいか、近くのパブの音楽(どの店も割と大音響)や話し声がうるさいです。このホテルはクーラーが無く扇風機なので窓を開けるとホントうるさいです。

Gutes Touristen Hotel. Ist sehr nah am Zentrum. Die Rezeption ist freundlich. Die Zimmer voll in Ordnung. Die Matratzen sind nicht durch gelegen oder so, schläft sich ganz gut. Bad ist auch voll kommen groß genug.
Der Ausblick aus den Fenstern ist super.

Der Aufzug ist nur ganz spannend, weil er Halbetagen hat. Die Glastür von der Dusche stößt ans Klo wenn man nicht aufpasst.

Für den Preis bekommt man vielleicht wenn man früh genug bucht was besseres. Aber die ganzen Horror Storys aus den anderen Rezensionen sind nicht bei uns vorgekommen. Die Handtücher riechen sauber.

I stayed in this hotel for a day, and they don't provide the services that they charge for. In my room, the washbasin was blocked, and the towels were not even clean. I didn't like the facility.

Su atractivo es solo su cercanía al centro y la torre. Es un edificio viejo. Recomiendo busquen con tiempo otras opciones mucho mejores por ese precio.
