I attended the "Atelier des Rêves" at Hotel Hoy, and it was such a lovely experience. The hotel itself is super cute and cozy, and before the workshop, I had a drink by the reception area, which doubles as a flower shop. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, setting a great tone right from the start.
Once we got into the atelier, there were just three of us: Salwa Bensari (the therapist), another participant, and me. Salwa was amazing—she quickly created a warm, open space where we felt comfortable connecting with each other. The session was a fantastic introduction to dream interpretation and understanding our unconscious mind. We worked through real-life examples, and Salwa guided us thoughtfully, asking insightful questions that really helped us reflect and find clarity. We also have some homework to continue the work we've started.

Als ik ook 6/5 sterren mag geven, dan doe ik dat graag voor dit hotel. Geweldig veganistisch eten en super lieve mensen. We kregen een luxere kamer, omdat deze over was. Daarnaast werd de keuken eerder geopend speciaal voor ons, omdat we de trein op tijd moesten halen. Ze denken ook mee over leuke activiteiten die je tijdens je verblijf kan doen.
Het hotel zelf heeft een gemoedelijke sfeer met mogelijkheden als hot yoga en massages. Beide gedaan, beide geweldig. Kortom, een compleet holistisch retraite style hotel in het centrum van Parijs met goede ov verbinding naar alle uithoeken. Niet toeristisch, wel heel gezellig ????????❤️
