I stayed before at other hotels in the area and experienced bad night rest, because of metros passing at night, triggering mini-earthquakes in the room, deliveries at 2 a.m. in the morning or drunken young people, chatting at 3 a.m. in the morning about the "shape of the black hole in hyperspace".
I highly recommend Maison Mere for people whose main priority is a good night rest.
Edit 2024:
I stayed again at MM between 11.03 - 15.03, room 102, but this time, despite being in a room facing the inside court, I was unlucky to have noisy neighbours above or in room 104. I needed to take sleeping pills (benzodiazepines + antihistamines), use earplugs and a pillow over my head, to get something resembling a night "rest". Noises were present after 10 p.m.: around 11 p.m., 12:40 a.m. and 3:40 a.m. When I called the Reception to express my concern, on the second night, I was told that they will take care of it, and, on the last night, I was told that guests are allowed to make noise until midnight.

到着してのウェルカムドリンクも嬉しかった。
シャワーの水圧も問題なく、冷蔵庫もコーヒーメーカーもついていて，毎朝美味しいエスプレッソを飲むことができました。
立地も地下鉄の駅から近いので、観光にも便利。モノポリやカフェなどもあって助かりました。
またパリに行くことがあったら利用したいです。ありがとうござました。
