Great location, very clean room, super friendly and helpful staff. I would absolutely stay here again. The area around the hotel is quiet despite being steps from the metro and a less than a kilometer from Gare du Nord. Amazing restaurants nearby

Maison Mère was overall an excellent place to stay- Alex on reception was a standout for his service and the overall ambience was fab. In terms of amenities we had a deluxe room with balcony and it was spot on. Lovely ( smallish) balcony and room- great comfy bed and great shower- slippers but no robes- there is a mini bar but we didn’t use it. Wish we’d booked the restaurant but it’s all such an easy walk to cool restaurants and bars in the area and up to Montmarte- near Cadet metro and you can get anywhere. Thrilled with our experience!

Vriendelijk personeel aan de balie, onze 4 de keer in dit Hotel, ontbijt ok idem vriendelijk personeel, was vergeten hoe klein de badkamer was. De dames van het hotel zijn veel met aan de computer bezig ;) => op zoek naar meer likes ,comments & reviews.

I had to cancel my flight because , my niece was on life support with an unknown brain injury . I asked them to move my reservation or credit as I was flying outside the country but , they said they were inflexible . Don't stay at a hotel that won't bother with communicating back to you or try working with you when you try and call and email them several times . Over $700 lost with no consideration.

Onze 4 de keer hier, het was goed, maar niet geweldig of speciaal, naar mijn mening.
De locatie is dicht bij Gare du Nord, erg handig en het ontbijt was goed, vriendelijk personeel. Ze zitten de hele dag aan de computer om mails te versturen op zoek naar likes, comments & reviews van hotel gasten.
Was vergeten hoe klein de badkamer was.
