The room is very clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the male hotel porter who didn’t hesitate to take an extra mile to help us - we forget to ask his name.

The most importent point of this Hotel is his location. Very easy to reach it from Orly or charles D. G. Airport. 50 min by train
Hotel is near to the opera area. 200 mt far from Galeries la Fayette. Easy by walk to Triumph Tower or Eifel.
Rooms : Normal standart
2 bottle of water free of charge
Bathroom not so comfortable for disabled persons.
No mini Bar it can be little bit more comfortable for the price
Cleaning : All areas are very clean
Good house keeping staff. Restaurant also clean
BREAKFAST is very nice enough. Guests have everyhing what they aspect.
Also the F&B staff are nice

Beautiful rooms with a great view. The staff were very professional and were nice enough to send our postcards for us!

Très déçu !
J’avais réservé une suite junior dans cet hôtel pour l’anniversaire de mariage, arrivée avec ma femme tardivement dans la nuit,l’hote à l’accueil nous fait longuement patienter et nous dit qu’il y a eu une double réservation, et va nous placer dans un hôtel similaire, un peu plus loin.
La prestation était évidemment bien moins bonne , sans compter le dérangement à une heure très tardive ! Lorsque nous avons ouvert un litige sur Booking, ils ont commencé à demander des photos… choses que je n’avais absolument pas pris … très déçu
Dommage ! Beaucoup de galères et surtout pour une prestation à près de 500 euros !!
J’espère avoir un retour de votre part pour un éventuel dédommagement !
