Excelente custo benefício no coração de Paris. O quarto era um pouco menor do que a maioria dentro da categoria, mas o hotel compensa entregando lanchinho gratuito (em todas as unidades da rede) da tarde até a madrugada e também frigobar com bebidas gratuitas. Sem dúvida, retornaria em outra oportunidade.

Easy access from Metro, friendly staff, flexible check-in, you can leave your bags. A snack bar available, bars and restaurants with nice terrace just in front of the hotel, in a diacrete location away from noises and crowds. Excellent price/value, would definitely come back.
Ps: special thanks for the young men who verified that the man taking upstairs my 3 old daughter was for sure my husband (we
arrived separately and he had only seen me with her) in this crazy world we count on each other to protect our children from any harm. ♡

Je me suis installée dans une chambre “standard double”, numéro 28. Il s’est avéré que les fenêtres de cette chambre ne donnent pas sur l’extérieur, mais sur une ventilation intérieure de l’hôtel. L’air est irrespirable. L’odeur est répugnante. Je me suis immédiatement plainte à la réception — on m’a répondu qu’aucune solution n’était possible ce soir-là, toutes les autres chambres étant occupées. Je suis asthmatique. J’ai un besoin vital de circulation d’air frais dans la pièce. En conséquence, un vendredi soir, j’ai été contrainte de chercher en urgence un autre logement.||Ah, et un détail de plus : il n’y avait pas de sèche-cheveux dans la chambre, alors qu’il est pourtant mentionné dans la description sur tous les sites de réservation.||SI VOTRE ORGANISATION DE L’ESPACE IMPLIQUE DES CHAMBRES SANS FENÊTRE (DONC SANS VUE ET SANS ACCÈS À L’OXYGÈNE), MERCI DE LES VENDRE EN TANT QUE TELLES, DANS UNE CATÉGORIE “SANS FENÊTRE”, ET À UN TARIF RÉDUIT ! Great hotel for that price, everything was on the right places, rooms was clear, breakfast was good and served at the time, location is close by to the metro and the other sightseeing. Recommend staying there best for price/quality

MUY bien ubicado, personal atento, habitaciones cómoda, hay muchos lugares para comer alrededor, y además hay un carrefour, podes comprar algo y comer en el comedor del hotel. Además hay un mini bar gratuito con café, bebidas y algo para picar ideal para cuando llegar al hotel

Un établissement à la hauteur de sa notoriété avec un personnel très professionnel et une équipe de direction soucieuse de la pleine satisfaction de ses hôtes. Je recommande cet établissement , bien situé , dans un quartier très agréable.

가격도 괜찮고 파리 호텔치고 넓어요! 위치도 좋아서 밤에 돌아다니기 좋고 버스도 주변에 많이 다닙니다. 까르프랑 라파예트, 쁘랭땅 다 걸어서 해결되고요~ 직원들도 정말 친절하고 미니바가 무료입니다!!!!
지금까지 여행 많이 다녔는데 이렇게 미니바 혜자인곳 처음이예요. 과일, 음료, 얼음, 빵, 커피, 차가 항상 있습니다. 3성급인데 여러모로 혜자임… 이때까지 파리에서 숙박했던 호텔 중에 가장 만족해요. 방음도 유럽 호텔치고는 덜들려요.

We loved the Astotel Caumartin. The breakfast was nutritious, delicious and varied, we loved it. It included fresh bread, pastries, cakes, seeds, yoghurts, vegetables, cooked breakfast, pancakes etc. The beds are very comfortable, good bedding. There is a free minibar restocked every day, The location was perfect for our trip, close access to metro Opéra and Auber, there is a carrefour city in the same street. We were able to leave our luggage safely at the hotel before catching our train. The staff was helpful and kind. Will definitely come back when we are next in Paris.

We had such a delicious and nutritious breakfast every morning at the Caumartin Astotel, very impressed by the quality and variety!
The location was ideal for our trip, very close to the opéra garnier. And it was very helpful to be able to leave our luggage for the rest of the day after checking out. The team was very kind and helpful.
The beds were great, and the room was big enough for the 3 of us. We loved our stay and look forward to coming back next time we are in Paris.

Bra beliggenhet. Svært god frokost med godt utvalg og god kaffe og te . Rom mot bakgård sikret en god natts søvn for meg og mine tenåringsdøtre . Hyggelig personale og god service. Stor pluss for gratis snack - og drikke ved sen hjemkomst. Rolig og intimt hotell ????

Les chambres sont très bien équipées avec notamment une literie de bonne qualité. L'insonorisation des chambres est bonne. Le petit déjeuner est tout simplement fabuleux !

I made a reservation and due to an unforeseen event I had to cancel the reservation. A partial amount was charged to my card and until today, 12 days later, they still haven't refunded the cancellation and they also haven't responded to the email, this is disrespectful! I want my refund!

Couchages confortables, niveau emplacement la rue est pasante mais calme et sécure, on y trouve beaucoup de restaurants, la chambre et salle de bain sont très propres, les petits dejeuners copieux et variés, idéalement placé vue sa situation géographique, proche des transports publics (métro, bus ou RER)

Tutto assolutamente perfetto. Colazione molto varia e camera con letto super comodo, con frigo bar incluso nel prezzo. Ottimi anche gli snack sempre presenti in sala d'attesa

Une seule nuit passée à l'hôtel pour un concert à l'Olympia, mais une très bonne nuit ! La propreté est impeccable, l'accueil et le personnel sont chaleureux, bref un superbe hôtel.
