JUST SPENT 1 NIGHT 16APR25 THERE, THE SERVICE IS EXCELLENT! HOTEL IS COMFORTABLE, CLEAN. WINDOW CAN BE OPENED. SHOWER WATER IS HOT AND POWERFUL. ALL STAFF IS SUPER HELPFUL! LOCATION IS CONVENIENT. YOU CAN WALK TO CARREFOUR/BIG SHOPPING MALLS/SAINT LAZARE STATION. THE ONLY BAD THINGS IS EXPENSIVE BUT IT WORTH.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable with a very nice shower and an additional bathtub - also, very quiet at night. The staff was outstanding, very kind, very helpful and responsive. The location is quite good, close to the metro, within walking distance to some sights. There is a supermarket and a pharmacy on the same street, which can be useful. We would absolutely stay here again and are so thankful to the staff and company for helping our Paris experience to be excellent!

We had a wonderful 10 days in Paris, staying at the Astra Opera Hotel. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were wonderfully helpful and attentive. Our rooms were lovely, we had a family suite and another room right next door. The rooms were very well appointed, spacious and fun. We appreciated their efforts in helping to reduce the environmental impact of the laundry services etc. And the showers were amazing! The location of the hotel was amazing. There were at least three metro stations within a short walking distance, also very close to many big tourist destinations (5-20 min walk). As a group of three women travelers with two minors, we never felt uncomfortable in the surrounding areas at night. The proximity to restaurants and shopping was amazing too! The staff were wonderful and welcoming, and when my daughter lost a treasured souvenir between room cleans, the hotel staff tried their best to track it down and when that didn't work, they did everything they could to make it better. We would definitely recommend staying here and will hopefully be back again.
Thanks for helping to make our stay in Paris so memorable.
