Positief
Personeel was heel vriendelijk, enkel de dame aan het ontbijt 's morgens had precies wat ochtendhumeur. Kamer is heel klein, maar wel zeer netjes. Je bent er tenslotte ook alleen maar om te slapen en je te wassen. Het was een zeer goed bed. Douchestraal is zacht maar snel warm water. Geen lawaai van andere hotelgasten. Is goed geïsoleerd maar toch blij dat ik oordopjes mee had (sirenes enzo buiten). Prijs-kwaliteit zeker een aanrader.

Ontbijt was echt basic en semi-lekker. Kost ook maar €12. En geen stopcontact in de badkamer (wel verschillende in de slaapkamer)

We booked this hotel on Booking and received the booking confirmation even the message with request of "estimated arrival time" . After 30 mins searching for parking finally we reached the hotel. The reception was sleeping... When we tried to check-in, he said it's fully booked. We said but we received booking confirmation, he was repeating "non, non, non, fully booked!" We were exhausted and didn't bother to argue, so we requested cancel the booking from property, he said one sentence really triggered me "It's not my job! I don't have your money! You can email to manager tomorrow morning!" WHAT??? IT'S NOT YOUR JOB as reception? We were so angry then called the customer service of Booking, they tried to contact the reception, but he was on purpose blurry his name and what happened, just continued repeating they can email the manager tomorrow. In the end Booking forced the cancellation and refund me, but it was already 1 hour, he wasted our time to resolve the living issue. At midnight we couldn't find any nearby hotels, after asking 5 hotels and failed to check-in, we decided to drive out of Paris. The worst was we had to spend out night in a cold dark "L'air" on the highway and freezing sleeping in the car. It was unbelievable that the nice trip in Paris had to end with such a nasty experience.

Location-wise, perfect for us. A supermarket right next door as well as the awesome Indiana café below. Fast food options nearby in a pinch (the usual suspects!) but plenty of cafés, bars, etc., within walking distance.
The Metro station is literally across the street and covers you for trips west to the Arc de Triomphe and connections for the Eiffel Tower. East takes you across town to the stunning Père-Lachaise Cemetery and the gorgeous Parc des Buttes-Chaumont. South into the heart of Paris. You're covered.
I wouldn't recommend staying here if you are on the larger side but for two little people like us it was adequate. I think you're paying for the location as much as anything.
