Don’t normally do reviews but I had to give Roberto a shoutout for his customer service I stay at the Ambassador hotel for 3 weeks and Roberto was alway on point

Check in time is at 4pm, despite being Titanium elite, they didn't let us get into our room for 2+ hrs after 4. Insane. Any other Marriotts let us check in even earlier than 4. So disappointing. Never ever had this type of hotel before, even when they are 2,3 stars. Worst hotel ever.

I really enjoyed my time here in Paris. The hotel was great and the workers were very helpful here. Roberto at the bar and the lounge was the best! Very helpful and gave me great recommendations.

The hotel stay was amazing. Lounge was exceptional especially meeting Roberto one of the local staff. He was very accommodating and nice, made every lounge trip enjoyable.
