Booking üzerinden ön ödemesiz rezervasyon yaptığımız halde bizden yüksek tutarda ödeme aldılar. Bunun üzerine bir de haklı gibi bizi mağdur edip rezervasyonunuzu iptal edin gibi bir dönüş yaptılar. Rezervasyonumuzu iptal edeli 1 hafta oldu hala iademiz yapılmadı. Şu an bunun adı artık dolandırıcık! Paramıza el koydular ve iptal etmiyorlar. Hiçbir şekilde de dönüş yapmıyorlar. Böyle bir rezillik görmedik! Paramız iade edilmiyor, booking de otel de bu durumun hesabını vermeli. Bu şekilde kimseyi mağdur edemezsiniz. Kimsenin parasına böyle el koyamazsınız, hemen iade etmek zorundasınız. Bu nasıl bir zorbalık? Bir haftadır paramıza el koydular.

Great location close to many shops, cafes and restaurants. Very kind and helpful staff! Clean rooms, spacious and nice bathroom. Would be nice with a mini refrigerator in the room, but otherwise everything was perfect.

First off, I’ve seen outhouses bigger than the elevator which if it were any slower it wouldn’t move at all.|The day time staff is nothing short of excellent…not so much the evening shift.|The room is small.|You can not take a normal shower without 5% of the water falling on the floor because there is no way to enclose the back part of shower.|The stairs are pie shaped and a trip hazard.|And worse of all, the ac/heat system has no control. On ac setting for summer and one heat setting for winter.|No small refrigerator or microwave….after all, the rooms so small where the hell would it fit.|And don’t call the front desk, phone doesn’t work.

Terrible hotel and service. The room is very small and totally different from the pictures. Some of the hotel staff have very bad attitudes and refuse guests' requests. Be careful if you choose it.

I had booked this hotel for 3 nights away and paid extra for a superior room. A few months prior to arrival, I emailed the hotel to confirm this booking for a superior room where they responded promptly and confirmed this for me. ||Upon arrival, it was clear we had been given one of the smallest rooms in the hotel, according to the room plans- definitely not a superior room as paid for. The staff, although extremely friendly, were unable to help us with this issue and asked us to email the manager. ||I emailed the manager almost a week ago asking for a part refund for the room we received and my email has not been responded to. ||Location wise, this hotel is in a good position for bars and restaurants and the decor is modern. The staff are friendly but ineffective in sorting out the issues we faced. ||Advice for anyone considering this hotel- do not waste your money on upgrading to a superior room as this is not necessarily honoured and you may be left with a small room in the rafters of the hotel.

A wonderful hotel, I was very happy throughout my stay.|Excellent front desk staff, especially Mr. Jalesh, who was very friendly, attentive and helpful, from the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay. The room I stayed was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. |The overall experience of staying here for the first time was a memorable one.

Très bon hôtel. Toutes les attractions sont accessibles à proximité avec les transports. Le personnel est formidable et très amical. Je dois surtout parler de Shakir, qui est excellent et qui essaie toujours de sortir des sentiers battus. Nous sommes très heureux de notre séjour, mais nous devons partir maintenant. J'espère que nous reviendrons.

Toujours trés bien accueillie. La Direction particulièrement attentiionnée. Lits de trés bonne qualité. La salle du petit déjeuner est lumineuse et accueillante. L'hôtel est bien situé dans un quartier dynamique à proximité des folies bergères.

It was very nice experience at this lovely Hotel. SHAKIR was so kind and generous at the front desk. My room was well big enough and very comfortable bed. |2/3 metro stations are close-by and plenty of restaurants walking distance to Hotel. Definitely i will come back again. I strongely recommend.

Hôtel ayant une situation idéale, au cœur de Paris, tout en étant assez isolé pour être tranquille, à proximité des métros, bus et des restaurants. |Le personnel est aux petits soins pour nous, disponibles, souriants, gentils, efficaces. |Les chambres, ( j'en ai testé plusieurs, j'y vais très souvent pour mon travail), sont toutes propres et confortables avec une super literie. |Pour résumer, un hôtel idéal que je recommande vivement, où je vais régulièrement et j'y retourne à chaque fois avec plaisir. ||Sophie

Les chambres sont très propres et le lit king size est très confortable.|Malgré la proximité de la rue, le silence règne dans la chambre.|Les petits déjeuners sont copieux, il y en a pour tous les gouts salés et sucrés.|Le personnel est très sympathique et à l'écoute.||L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier vivant avec de nombreux restaurants aux alentours permettant vastes choix de spécialités culinaires.

Nice location. Tiny room. Only elevator will accommodate 1 person and no turning around even. Very tiny hallways, stairs. Balcony “door” would not open. Got locked out for about 20 minutes 1 night. Front desk person was napping it something and locked the doors

Les chambres sont jolies et agréables, l'hôtel est très bien situé, à côté d'une sortie de métro, pratique pour se déplacer dans Paris. L'équipe est impliquée et très professionnelle, j'y vais régulièrement pour le travail, je recommande vivement :) :)

I had a wonderful stay at Maison Axel Opera Hotel in Paris, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the service. My flight arrived earlier than expected, so I was only going to drop off my luggage in the morning as check in wasn’t until 3pm but the staff kindly informed me that my room was already ready, allowing me to check in without any extra charge. The team was consistently friendly, greeting us whenever we left or returned, which really made me feel welcomed. The room was absolutely fantastic. It was spacious, clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.The room was well-equipped with a kettle for tea and coffee, plus complimentary water bottles that were regularly replenished. The bathroom was also spacious, featuring a fantastic light-up mirror perfect for hair and makeup. The housekeeping staff kept the room spotless, with fresh towels and cleaning done frequently, making it a pleasure to return to after a long day of sightseeing. Wi-Fi was reliable, and there was also a safe in the room, adding to the overall convenience.|The hotel's location was my favorite part. It’s situated in a superb area with everything you need close by. The metro station was just a few minutes' walk away also used Uber or Bolt, which was affordable and quick. Many of the must-see tourist spots were within walking distance, including the Louvre Museum (20 minutes walk ) and the famous Galeries Lafayette, which was only about a 10-minute stroll away. Montmartre was 20 minutes walk away, and the iconic Maison Louvard bakery was just a 5-minute walk, perfect for a morning treat. There were also plenty of great restaurants, bars, and even a supermarket and pharmacy right outside the hotel. For the price, the hotel offers fantastic value, and I would definitely stay again without hesitation. I’m already planning my next trip to Paris and will be sure to return to this gem of a hotel. The only minor downside was the lift, which is quite small. It can only fit one person at a time, so if you have a lot of luggage or are traveling with a group, it might take a while. However, this wasn’t a major issue and didn’t impact my experience in the slightest. For a budget-friendly hotel, I was very satisfied with everything, felt safe throughout my stay, and would highly recommend Maison Axel Opera Hotel to anyone visiting Paris

clean quite and cozy hotel. this was our first time at the Paris and we loved staying at this hotel. Staffs were so friendly and kind. Shakir helped us with everything with his cordial smile. breakfast has various veraity definately you should try. location is big plus and lots of restaurants are in walking distance. we recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was spotless and cleaned daily, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming.
The location is great as well , very convenient and nice to explore.

Ze zeiden dat het net gerenoveerd was, maar dat was toch wel een tijdje geleden… bedden waren goed, kamers ruiken een beetje

Bel hôtel, bien situé, proche des Grands Boulevards. Très petit ascenseur, petites chambres. Petit déjeuner buffet varié.

Hôtel charmant, le personnel de la réception est formidable, toujours heureux, serviable et professionnel.
La chambre 208 est extrêmement propre et fraîche. Quelqu'un a beaucoup réfléchi à la conception de la chambre. Les prises de courant et tout le reste étaient pour une fois au bon endroit. Il est agréable d'avoir une bouilloire et du thé/café/sucre. Douche/toilettes propres, design agréable, douche de belle taille et bonne pression. Les serviettes ont été changées à la demande. Dans l'ensemble, c'était un excellent séjour accueillant pendant les célébrations du Nouvel An. J'y reviendrai ????

Un établissement moderne doté de tout le confort. Ils accordent une attention spectaculaire à leurs hôtes, veillent à fournir un excellent service et ont le souci du détail. Même s'il n'y a pas de service de petit-déjeuner, il y a toujours un coin avec du café, du chocolat, du thé, des tisanes et des croissants à disposition. La chambre est spacieuse, bien meublée et très propre. Merci également à tout le personnel, toujours aimable et serviable, en particulier Mario qui a répondu à toutes nos demandes. Je choisirai certainement cet hôtel lors de mon prochain voyage à Paris et je l'ai déjà recommandé à des amis. Emplacement parfait.

Dans l'ensemble, cet hôtel nous a beaucoup plu. Tout était très propre, le petit déjeuner était super bon et le personnel était aussi particulièrement prévenant et toujours aimable. Les attractions touristiques sont relativement centrales et très faciles à atteindre en métro. En outre, nous souhaitons remercier encore une fois Marius, qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable grâce à son attitude sympathique ! Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir lors de notre prochain séjour à Paris !

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour votre séjour à Paris car il est très bien situé si vous prévoyez de visiter de nombreux sites populaires de Paris.
Le musée du Louvre et le jardin des Tulerias sont accessibles à pied en 20 minutes environ. L'Arc de Triomphe est à environ une demi-heure. Le premier jour, nous nous sommes aventurés à marcher jusqu'à la Tour Eiffel. Il nous a fallu environ 2 heures pour y arriver, mais c'est parce que nous nous arrêtions constamment pour admirer la ville, alors qu'il faut environ 1 heure sans s'arrêter.
Le service a toujours été amical et serviable. Nous avons été accueillis par Leticia, qui parle couramment l'espagnol, et nous avons eu la chance qu'elle nous dise elle-même au revoir à l'hôtel. Les autres membres du personnel étaient également très sympathiques.
L'hôtel est toujours très propre et bien qu'il soit situé dans une zone très fréquentée, il est toujours calme et paisible pour se reposer.
