Charmantes Hotel, zentral gelegen, in ruhiger Straße, Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung, das Zimmer war klein, das Bad sehr klein, leckeres Frühstück, sehr aufmerksames und super freundliches Personal.

Hotel dallo stile moderno, nuovo. La stanza è un pochino piccola come il bagno ma è fornita di tutto e pulita. Il letto è comodo. I tessuti delle lenzuola di ottima qualità. In stanza mettono in dotazione il bollitore con caffè, latte, the, acqua... abbiamo preso solo il pernotto quindi non posso giudicare la colazione. È situato in una vietta tranquilla a due passi dal mouline rouge e vicino ai grandi magazzini la fayette. La metro pigalle dista 2 minuti a piedi. Lungo la via trovi ristoranti, pasticcerie e ogni servizio. Ottimo come punto di appoggio per girare la città.

Not happy with my recent stay at all.
I had my door indicated DO NOT DISTURB during my entire 3 night stay. However, I noticed someone went into my room on my second day stay. The staff even opened my restroom door. Touched my belongings.
It broke my peace and my room arrangement. I quickly inform the front desk and told them that I was not happy that people came to my room.
The manager told me that they went to my room to fix something. Really? Why didn’t you call me to get my permission on enter ? What’s the integrity and respect for guest experience?
Just disrespectful.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. We had six rooms in total, one being a suite for the bride. The other rooms are small but beautifully decorated with comfy beds and great bathrooms. The bride suite was huge and she was really happy with her little balcony. The location is great with some fantastic bakeries nearby and easy access to the Eiffel Tower by Metro or Uber. The fridge and complimentary water is a great touch. The staff were helpful getting us bottle openers for wine, irons and taking group photos. The only little negative was that the twin beds weren't really twin beds - they were just a double bed made up with two duvet covers. Luckily, most of us were friends so didn't mind but could have been awkward. Thank you Maison Pigalle for a lovely stay.

Maison Pigalle is a great hotel when visiting Paris. It's located in a vibrant area of the city. The space is not huge but it's perfect for all your needs. The front desk is very helpful and customer service oriented. Didier (if I am not mistaken) on the night shift is great and made our stay very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay and got a shuttle booked to head back to the airport which was very useful.

Der Aufenthalt war grundsätzlich schön und das Personal sehr freundlich. Allerdings waren wir im Erdgeschoss und hatten dadurch durchgehen die Vorhänge geschlossen und damit fühlt man sich einfach nicht ganz wohl. Der Fernseher war leider zu klein und es war kein Streaming möglich. Das Bad war nicht im besten Zustand, aber in Ordnung. Das Zimmer ist recht klein, aber das weiß man vorher. Die Lage ist top.

Kız kardeşim ve ailesi otelde çok kötü bir deneyim yaşadı.Hırsızlar otele oldukça uzak bir restoranda çalınan çantalarındaki kartlarıyla odaya girip odalarını soydu. Ne var ne yok çalındı. Hırsızlar odayı son derece rahat saatlerce karıştırıp değeri eşyaları kardeşimin ve ailesinin valizine doldurup otelden ayrıldılar. Resepsiyon otel müşterisi olmayan 3 kadının otele girişini şüpheli görmediği gibi, koca bir valizle otel müşterisi olmayan üç kadının otelden ayrılışına hiç müdahale etmemiş. Olaydan sonra asla yardımcı olmadıkları gibi bir de olayı örtbas etmeye kalkmışlar. Otel güvenliği sıfır.

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience. The room was cozy and nicely decorated, though there was a noticeable infiltration issue on one of the walls, which was a bit of a downside.
What truly made our stay special, however, was the outstanding service. Didier was absolutely exceptional — warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Sophie at the front desk was also fantastic — professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.
On the flip side, there were two other front desk staff members who seemed disinterested and unengaged, which was a bit disappointing given the otherwise high standard of service.
Despite that, the warmth and effort from Didier and Sophie really stood out and made our stay memorable. With a bit of attention to maintenance and consistency in service, this hotel has great potential.

My family had a wonderful stay at Maison Pigalle. The location was very convenient, the rooms were very nice and clean, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. Didir helped to make it a wonderful stay and a place we would plan to return.

Отель не понравился. Начнём с того, что бронировали номер с балконом. Звонили заранее, все подтвердили. За 2 дня до заезда пришло смс на мейл, что наверху ремонт и комната будет без балкона ( с балоконом всего 2-3 комнаты на верхних этажах)
Естественно плата уже была снята….
В первый же день спустя 2 часа врывалась уборщица убрать номер! Мы только заехали, какая уборка?
Номера очень маленькие, развернуться негде, не рекомендую, не стоит тех денег
Из хорошего только расположение недалеко от метро

Preis-Leistung war super. Wir hatten das Familienzimmer und es war wirklich toll. Der Blick in eine französische Straße, wie man es sich vorstellt. Die Lage genial! 5 Minuten bis zur Metro Station Pigalle. Super nette Mitarbeiter. Das Frühstück kostet für Erwachsene 15 Euro für Kinder 10 Euro.

Took a trip to Paris to celebrate my 18th birthday and Maison Pigalle made it extra special! With complimentary balloons and sweet treats I had the best birthday staying here! Super clean and lovely room, very comfy bed and amazing shower!!

I have booked this twice via Expedia, and both times my booking has been cancelled. The first time, they sent me a link to authorise my payment, despite having already completed authorisation through Expedia. When I questioned why the booking had been cancelled without explanation, I was given no reason. By that point, I had already rebooked, assuming the cancellation was an error. Now, today, I received a message saying that my second booking has been cancelled. I'm not sure why. This has been very poor service, and I would not recommend it.

We had a lovely stay over the Christmas break. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location is absolutely fantastic. Would love to stay here again.

Great Location, clean room, great staff and very local to bakeries and restaurants. Small elevator but worth the stay. We had a great vacation. The front desk lady very helpful. I would stay again. Okay breakfast

Stayed 4 Nights for our Paris TripLocation is very strategic, close to everywhere we wanted to go. Walking Distance to Mont Martre, Louvre, Train Station, Moulin Rouge theatre.The Room looks very nice, however a bit small but perfect for couple travelling with light baggage. We got a balcony access which is lovely and made the difference for the while experience.

Very good hotel, I went this summer with my kids, the staff were very pleasant, room clean, hotel is located in a spot you can find a lot of restaurant and close to public transportation. I'll recommend this hotel 100% and if I need to go back I'll reserved in this hotel again.

Very nice hotel with great staff cooperation.good breakfast near to metro with great restaurants nearby.also supermarket.kariene at reception is a superb woman.there is some confusion regarding city tax for under 18yrs old which they should sort out

My room was always spotless, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Whenever I needed assistance, they were always there for me. When I accidentally locked my suitcase key inside my luggage, the handyman quickly resolved the issue in just a few minutes.
I strongly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
