Unser Zimmer war großzügig und das Bad sehr zweckmäßig. Die Dusche fanden wir sehr gut intergiert. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel haben wir einen Kühlschrank vermisst. Die Zimmer zur Straße sind bei geöffnetem Fenster laut, aber bei geschlossenem Fenster ist es leise. Das Frühstück im Hotel war gut und ist zu empfehlen.

L’un des hôtels 4 étoiles les plus médiocres que j’aie jamais fréquentés. Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment décevant. Pour le même prix, vous pouvez trouver un autre hôtel avec un meilleur service, des chambres plus confortables et des équipements de bien meilleure..

Nice and comfortable hotel. Area was walkable to metro lines, felt safe walking around at night. Breakfast was great and they even had gluten free bread! Would def recommend.

La recente ristrutturazione rende il soggiorno piacevole: le camere superior sono confortevoli, pulite e ben accessoriate. Il personale alla reception è gentile e disponibile. L'ubicazione è ottima sia per la metro che per raggiungere anche a piedi Montmartre, il Louvre, l'Opera ecc. Colazione a buffet ricca e con ottimi prodotti.|Da migliorare: il checkin, in quanto 2 camere sono state pronte solo dopo un attesa di 90' dopo le 15 e l'organizzazione nelle camere (pulizia ok, ma mancanza di sapone, mancato cambio o sostituzione solo di 3 asciugamani su 4 ecc). Sarebbe anche utile un frigobar in camera.

L’hôtel n’est pas à la hauteur d’un quatre-étoiles chambre petite pas de Douche baignoire, obsolète toilettes dans la salle de bain pas de machine Nespresso , housse de couette déchirée pas de climatisation ou de ventilation au mois d’avril on m’a proposé d’ouvrir la fenêtre, je ne recommande absolument pas .

Great location and comfortable new room right in the outskirts of the Paris inner circle. Quite tidy rooms and a clean vanity with seperate shower cubicle and shower pressure is amazingly beautiful. Street view from the balcony is classic and won't disappoint you. The hotel has a 24/7 staffed reception. Disappointingly the hotel charged us- I think-18€ per night per person on top of our actual booking fee we've already paid claiming it's for "city tax" which I'm not sure if that's a thing for all the accommodation around!

Camere ristrutturate. Personale gentilissimo. Colazione varia. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Posizione comoda, a ridosso di Pigalle e vicina alla metro (e anche ad un quarto d'ora a piedi per la RER per Disneyland). Pelo nell'uovo: la pulizia e il rimpiazzo degli asciugamani e dell'acqua tra una notte e l'altra (comunque sistemata il giorno dopo non appena fatto presente alla reception). Comunque ci tornerei volentieri.

2 stelle come il reale valore dell'albergo. Stanza piccola, impolverata e comunicante con la stanza accanto, separate da una porta che, però, occorre chiudere a chiave. Vasca scivolosa (consigliamo un tappetino antiscivolo), la mia ragazza è scivolata e ha tutt'ora un livido sul ginocchio. Alle 2 del pomeriggio rumore di trapano che impediva di dormire. Phon presente ma con sola aria fredda. Colazione non sufficiente, ben lontana dalla colazione degli alberghi a 4 stelle. Personale cortese.

The hotel is clean, breakfast is good and location as well. The rooms are tiny, they have no flexibility when it comes to accomodating checkout time. In my instance, card key stopped working 30 minutes prior to checkout time.

Bon accueil, chambre très propre, très calme, petit dej très satisfaisant. Nous étions venu pour un spectacle. Je recommande.

I was really disappointed with this hotel, especially since it’s a new establishment. The room was tiny, with barely any space for our luggage. To make matters worse, the shower was clogged when we arrived. I contacted reception and asked them to send housekeeping, but no one ever came. I had to unclog it myself, and it was disgusting.It seems like housekeeping never checks the showers when cleaning the rooms, as this issue was never addressed. On top of that, there was no microwave in the hotel, so we couldn’t even heat our food.

Я позвонила в отель узнать в 3-х местном номере одинаковые 3 кровати или нет! Человек на ресепшене очень неприветливо общался, сказал у меня нет времени с вами долго разговаривать. Сначала сказал да одинаковые 3 кровати, я сказала что на фото одна из кроватей выглядит меньше, он ответил да это софа. Я говорю какие размеры, он отвечает обычные, нормальный диван???? понабирали такой персонал из индусов что нет желания посещать этот отель.

Very aesthetic and clean hotel room. The reception was always friendly and helpful.

The rooms are cozy and well designed with everything you need, close to metros, bistros, shopping and montemartre. A lovely space!

I liked the hotel judging by the photos. I wanted to book a room, but they refused me because I have a calm, neat cat that never spoils things. At the same time, the website and Google Maps says that pets are allowed. By the way, it took me 2 days of writing emails and calling to contact and get an answer to my question

L'hôtel est récemment rénové et les chambres sont agréables, même si la mienne était un peu petite. Literie confortable, pas trop de bruit dans l'hôtel et gambre donnant sur cour donc au calme de la rue. En revanche, même si tout le personnel que nous avons croisé a été sympathique, petit problème au niveau de l'entretien des chambres. Le premier jour quand je suis arrivée, la salle de bains n'était pas ultra clean, et le dernier jour le lit avait été fait mais personne n'avait touché à la salle de bain, alors que j'avais laissé une serviette à changer au sol et que j'avais déjà fait la remarque du manque de propreté à l'arrivée...il faudrait faire plus attention à ça, pour un hôtel 4 étoiles c'est un peu limite.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel récemment rénové et bien insonorisé ! Décoration soignée, chambre et salle de bain impeccables. Literie confortable. Accueil très agréable !

Loved my stay! Recently refurbished so ignore all the negative comments about the decor. Staff were lovely and the location was great. Wish there were more communal areas/facilities but it's a small hotel.

Really glad we picked this hotel. The service (arrived at night) was very friendly, attending and fast. Hotel was well accessible and we were able to go out at all times as we pleased. The administrators were fluent in English. The room was very clean, with a huge blanket and comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean, nicely decorated and had accessories with nice smell and well-functioning luxury shower with warm water momentarily. I was really happy that the curtains were with blinding functionality so could enjoy sleeping in darkness.
The only thing that could be improved is the perfuming of the room: please dont do this.

여기 정말 비추에요. 이 호텔에서 6박 7일 묵었는데 위치 좋은거 빼고는 장점이 없었어요… 직원들은 엄청 불 친절하고 직원들끼리 소통이 안돼는거 같아요. 여기 숙소 예약했던 이유가 냉장고가 있어서 였는데 호텔에 도착하니 냉장고가 없더라고요. 우선 여기서부터 뭔가 안 맞았나봐요. 호텔은 또 엄청 낡았고요. 가장 중요한건 첫 날에 보니까 호텔비가 2번 빠져나가서 직원이랑 이야기 하니까 자기는 모르고 매니저한테 이야기 하겠다 하더라고요. 내일 아침까지는 해결 해놓겠다고 해서 기분 좋게 올라갔아요. 그 다음날 보니까 다른 직원이 있길래 물어보니까 자기는 모르는 일이고 노트 남겨둔것도 없으니 메니저한테 이메일 보내겠다고 하더라고요. (어제 직원이 했던 같은 말). 직원이 보니 이메일 보내놓은것도 없다고 하더라고요. 그리고 또 그다음날 물어보니 다른 직원이 또 같은 말 하더라고요. 그래서 결국 6박 7일 동안 해결도 못 하고 돌아왔네요. 이메일도 벌써 5번 넘게했는데 답장도 없구요. 카드 회사에 전화해서 해결해야 할거 같아요. 진짜 이런 경험은 처음이라 너무 당황스럽고 어이업네요. 제발 제 후기 믿으시고 이 호텔은 걸르세요!

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and please please avoid this hotel. The only reason why I booked this hotel was because they stated they had a mini bar (fridge) which they did not. When I talked to the employee, they said that is not their business. And this hotel is outdated and very old. There were stains on the walls, chipped paintings, and water leak stains. And here is where I got really frustrated. The first day, I found out that they charged me twice for the hotel. So I asked the employee at the counter to resolve this issue. I sent the hotel the screenshot of the transaction and he said he would send it to his manager. The next day I go up to the counter, there was a different person. When I explained the whole situation, he said nobody sent an email to the manager and no note was left. So I went through the same process again. After two days, I go up to the counter again and there was a new person again. So I explained to him again and he said no email was sent and no note was left. After going through this process 3 times, I got really frustrated. I am back home now and this has still not been resolved. I emailed them 5 times already and got no reply. I travel a lot and am not type of a person who complains. But this hotel is horrible and their employees needs training. Please trust my review and AVOID this hotel.

L hôtel ferme dans 3 semaine pour une rénovation totale

La chambre était très moyenne:murs sales..gros manque d'entretien, mauvaise évacuation de l'eau dans la salle de bain.
En revanche, accueil très agréable et emplacement au top dans Paris.

Muy buena ubicación, habitación pequeña pero cómoda, desayuno completo.
