Clean and charming hotel with friendly staff. And our room had a balcony with a surprise Eiffel Tower view! We also enjoyed the breakfast which had a lot of variety and the complimentary snacks throughout our stay. The location was also convinent with lots nearby and easy access to the metro.

Ho soggiornato con mia mamma 3 notti. Peccato solo la camera davvero piccola, il letto al massimo una piazza e mezza, il bagno stretto e senza armadio. Persone fisicamente alte e/o in carne non riuscirebbero a muoversi con facilità. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile anche se non parlano italiano e noi solo un po’ d’inglese. Colazione a buffet, nella norma. Ho trovato molto carina l’idea dello spazio ricreativo (mangiare e bere tipo merenda) da poter fare in qualsiasi hotel della catena dalle 14 alle 2. La posizione è molto comoda, nel cuore di Montmartre e una volta presa confidenza con la metro è collegatissima.

So nice room, quiet neighborhood and nice to have refreshments in the reception, enjoyed staying, going to come back soon again. Very welcoming staff and supportive, English speaking and very nice design in the hotel, room was comfortable

Disgusting Customer Service from this Hotel.

I was due to travel from London and stay Tuesday 6th - Thursday 8th May, I was really looking forward to my stay.

Unfortunately my Grandmother died on the Tuesday morning so I had to cancel my entire Trip to Paris all together.

The Hotel has since refused point blank to Refund my Stay despite the Death of my Grandmother.

I spoke to one of the Hotel Team on Tuesday & they talked about ‘The Business side’ ????????‍♂️

I’m sorry when it comes to the Death of a Family Member you make an exception to ‘The Business side’ and any ‘No Refund Policy’

This reflects really really badly on the Hotel & the Manager Joan Chaussey has since declined to respond to my Emails. Disgusting Customer Service. They don’t care about the Death of one of their Customers Family Members putting Money & Business above this.
