酒店已经完全翻新，有一个美丽、舒适的外墙。房间分布在6个楼层，有两部电梯提供服务，是现代和彩色的。有些有小阳台，配备了饮料或早餐。一楼的装修特别好，有原始的家具和一点全球的影响。一张巨大的世界地图占据了一整面墙。酒店门口有四个停车位供客人使用。

L'unica cosa buona è la posizione, camere con moquette, stanze vecchie e datate, appena si entra in stanza c'è una strana puzza, di giorno il riscaldamento non funziona e la sera si muore di caldo...ma dulcis in fundo... l'ultimo giorno quando dovevamo tornare all'aeroporto chiediamo gentilmente alla reception di chiamarci un taxi specificando che siamo in 6 e specificando di volere un taxi ufficiale (chiediamo anche la sera prima anche a un altro collega) per ben 2 volte ci comunicano un prezzo che si aggira intorno ai 68 euro, quindi accettiamo ed eravamo d'accordo.. arriva il momento di prendere questo famigerato taxi, ci carica e ci dice che vuole 95 euro, torniamo in hotel a chiedere spiegazioni e il "direttore" inizia a urlare (sapendo di essere in torto marcio) minacciando di chiamare la polizia..sono senza parole..non vi meritate nulla truffatori scorretti, se chiedo un taxi ufficiale, non mi mandi il tuo amico con la macchina privata su cui ci fai la cresta!!!!! Evitate se potete!

Hotel in posizione strategica (vicinissimo all'Operà), fermata metro a 100 metri di distanza e presenza di supermercati (per acquistare acqua) e locali in cui mangiare, peccato per le camere un pò "vecchie".

muy mala experiencia, la ubicación es muy buena pero las habitaciones les falta mantenimiento en general en todo el hotel, desde la recepción los ascensores, los pasillos con suciedad, en el baño no tenia enchufes, en general todo el hotel necesita mucha mas limpieza, el desayuno es pobre, si bajas tarde no hay nada porque no reponen.
lo unico que rescato es la buena atención de los chicos de recepción. no lo recomiendo

Great location, friendly and helpful staffs.

Room is okay but bathroom is a bit small. Worth staying anyway.

Breakfast, buffet for 16 EUR per person (child at 8 EUR) is optional when I booked. But I tried several days since its good and variety of choices.

The entrance if the street to hotel is dirty and there is homeless staying nearby. It is okay but did not feel that comfortable to walk pass everyday.

Metro is walkable just few minutes walk. There are restaurants and shops around.

Location is central and off a main road. It was quiet and the room was clean. Maybe not huge but it was somewhere to lay our heads whilst exploring and the beds were so very comfortable.
