Extraordinario!!. El hotel está muy bien. Incluso habilitan un hall con bebidas y frutos secos gratuitos. En la nevera de la habitación las bebidas son gratis. Pero lo mejor es la inmejorable situación, en Monmartre. Una zona parisina y cerca de todo lo importante.

This is my go to hotel whist in Paris. It’s a great price and the service is fantastic. Everyone is so friendly and can’t do enough.

My husband and I really liked this nice and cozy hotel, decorated in the colors of French flag. Its location is very convenient – 3-5 minutes walk to the Metro and bus stations, dozens of various restaurants and cafes, and three different grocery stores nearby. Many sights are also available within a walking distance from hotel

We booked privilege room and got a spacious, light room (501) with a big and very comfortable bed, three huge windows and a large balcony (which actually looked more like a terrace than a typical French balcony)
In spite of the reviews telling about the noise from the street, we chose the room with a view to the street (not to the courtyard) on purpose: the true atmosphere of Parisian bustle and rush means a lot if you want to feel this city deeply. What is more, all the windows were double glazing (!) and had street part and the inner one, so if you sleep with the closed windows, you would not hear even the air-raid alert from the outside:))

There were some small misunderstandings with the cleaning service, though – when we asked them not to change the sheets during the cleaning, they did change them, but when we asked to change them – they didn’t))) But it really didn’t mean much to us, so we decided not to pay attention to that

Reception guys are very friendly and 24/7 helpful – whether you need to print the boarding pass, book a table in a good restaurant, or just have a small talk))

There is a free of charge buffet available for all guests from 2 pm till 2 am – there you can get coffee or tea, some tiny cakes, nuts and beverages, or to heat some food from the nearest grocery store in a microwave oven, which is really very convenient. You also have a minibar with free non-alcoholic beverages in your room, which is being refilled every day for free by the hotel staff

All in all, according to the price/quality point, this hotel is above all praise – we’re glad we chose it and can highly recommend

FEB2024: come lo ricordavamo, confortevole, buona la colazione, metro vicinissima e molto centrale

FEB2018: Molto curato, design e tocchi tradizionali rendono il luogo accogliente. Gradito il mini bar in camera gratuito e la possibilità di avere un piccolo rinfresco dalle 14.00 alle 2.00 a disposizione degli ospiti sia nel 34b che in tutti gli hotel della stessa catena in giro per la città

Un classique vieillissant de la gamme des Astotel. Une chambre PMR dans laquelle l'eau chaude à la douche est instable voir inexistante. Une réception pas à la hauteur. Réservation et paiement internet débité un mois plus tôt. Une taxe de séjour perçue à l'arrivée. Pourtant, au check out, la réception n'hésite pas à vous facturer à nouveau la chambre et la taxe ! Un peu de sérieux et de cohésion dans une équipe pléthorique permettrait d'éviter ce genre de désagrément !!!

The connecting family rooms were very comfy and big, considering it’s Paris. The location is very convenient, close to any shops and restaurants and transportation. The only con is the noise from the nightlife, that we could hear even with double glass windows on the 6th floor.

Hotel molto carino, in ottima posizione, buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.
La colazione andrebbe implementata, nel 2024 non è concepibile non offrire alternative al latte vaccino se non dietro specifica richiesta.
Il receptionist più giovane sembra non parlare francese perché quando ponevo delle domande (ho vissuto in Francia 5 anni) rispondeva in inglese. Non voglio pensare che fosse semplicemente maleducazione...

Franchement très surpris, la chambre était très grande, l'hôtel est charmant et l'accueil était très sympathique. J'ai adoré séjourner dans cet hôtel.

En raison d'un accident, nous ne pouvions plus voyager, j'ai donc annulé la réservation. Nous vous avons fait part d'une éventuelle dispense des frais, mais aucune réponse n'a été reçue. Lorsque nous avons appelé l'hôtel, ils ont immédiatement raccroché. Lors d'une deuxième tentative, personne n'a écouté et nous avons dû envoyer un email. Pas de réponse pour l'instant. Vraiment désolé.
