Hôtel très agréable. Rien a redire ! Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. La chambre était très bien. Le petit déjeuné : Top !

I feel like this hotel was designed by and ran by someone who loves people. ||I think this has been one of my favourite hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Where to start. ||⭐️ ROOMS: I book a classic double room and it was an ample size, the rooms have all the amenities you could need, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, the huge walk in shower has great pressure and temperature control. There is distilled water placed in the room daily, a kettle for teas and coffees, chocolates placed on your pillow for arrival. There is shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom, and a good hair dryer provided. There was no iron in the room but within 5 minutes of speaking to reception one was at my door. The only thing missing from the amenities was hair conditioner but I have no doubt if I had asked some would have been provided. Towels are extra large and dressing gowns and slippers also provided. ||⭐️ STAFF: the entire team were so friendly and helpful through my entire stay, nothing was too much trouble and I felt welcomed throughout. I had to phone in advance too and they were courteous and helpful on the phones as well. ||⭐️ HOTEL MORE GENERALLY: the hotel is beautifully designed, there is a bar area where you can help yourself to the coffee machine and a selection of teas and make use of the facilities and a bar for service too. There is an elevator provided for room access and I did not get the opportunity to use the spa (I hadn’t realised a visit was included in my booking and regret not packing my swimming costume!)||⭐️ ROOM SERVICE: After a day of exploring and having tired feet I gave the room service a try. I order a pizza which is from the 24/7, the food seemed to be made fresh, was served in about 25 minutes and was hot and tasty. ||⭐️ LOCATION: This is a great location, Gare Du Nord (Eurostar and main train station - you’d also use this for the airport) is a maximum 20 minute walk from the hotel. There is a metro stop 3 minutes away and if you like walking you can get to the Louvre and d’Orsay in around a 40 minute leisurely stroll. Galleries Lafayette is also under 15 minute walk. The area is lively but feels safe and quiet if an evening. There are great restaurants nearby (I’d recommend Tigermilk which is Mexican). There are also some lovely bakeries close by and coffee shops as well as some great vintage, gift and wider shops to enjoy so make time to check them out. Paris opens a little later in the day, shops 9.30-10 onwards so take advantage of a lie in. ||This will now be my go to hotel in Paris, if you’ve got this far reading this don’t tell too many people the secret!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel !
Dès notre arrivée, nous sommes accueillis avec un grand sourire et c’est fort appréciable !
Nous avions réservé une suite junior, la chambre est très spacieuse, la salle de bain lumineuse et la literie super confortable, on a tellement bien dormi !
À notre réveil, nous avons profité d’un petit-déjeuner en chambre : il était EXCELLENT ! Le jus d’orange est fraîchement pressé, il y a autant de choix en sucré qu’en salé… et des gâteaux du jour : un fondant au chocolat ce matin, incroyable !
La situation géographique de l’hôtel est idéale pour parcourir la capitale à pieds. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors de notre prochain séjour parisien ????

Super hôtel, on y dort très bien, super spa, très bien placé, je recommande vivement petit bémol pour les petits déjeuners. Attention à rester professionnel nous avons attendu pour avoir des couverts des bols des serviettes du jus d’orange, vous êtes quand même un quatre étoiles il faut garder un peu de rigueur
