Had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Indigo Paris Opera. What made the stay so good was the staff - front desk was always friendly & ready to help. Any request we had was done quickly. In fact, we joked that we barely hung up the phone & they were at the door! Breakfast was very good with delicious croissants, breads, cereals, fruit, ham, cheese & yogurt. You could also order eggs & pancakes. Breakfast staff was so nice & always smiling. Area near the Opera was a good location with plenty of restaurants. Having a drink outside the front of the hotel was so nice. Location on a pedestrian street made it very quiet at night. Highly recommend this hotel!

Je suis allé ce midi déjeuner à leur bar restaurant sympa où déjeuné sur une terrasse avec une carte c’est vraiment rare de déguster un Matcha froid délicieux club sandwich très copieux et mon épouse rare un thon rouge avec une salade de choux une super ambiance de la part du service

Every interaction we had with the staff while we stayed here was wonderful, they were lovely! The rooms we stayed in were very spacious and we loved the decorations. The location was very convenient, it was within walking distance of multiple places we wanted to visit while in Paris and by plenty of great restaurants. We would love the chance to stay here again when we make it back to Paris.

Booked for 4 nights. As Diamond, optioned for breakfast. Nice champagne and fruits for amenities. Great staff. However, A/C down for 3 nights, light in bedroom not working, bathroom water leaked, etc. Moved us to another room but A/C still down and room only cooled on 4th night. Indigo could have walked us to another hotel (Intercontinental or Kimpton nearby) but was not offered. Accepted the 60,000 points proposal when asked. However, Indigo should have given us a 2 night free equivalent for inconvenience, discomfort, and bad experience. Then, I could have made the score higher (5 stars) if 2 night free compensation (or 100,000 points) was provided.
