Локализация-супер. Находится прямо на улице Haussmann , чисто, уютно, есть тапочки, халат, кофе машина.|Отзывчивый персонал.|Завтрак хороший. У меня была делюкс комната и размер комнаты 20м2, ванная комната большая и уютная. |Только из окна смотрела прямо в стену (((.|Но в Париже так мало находишься в номере, что это не мешало ????.|Буду возвращаться еще раз в этот отель.

A very beautiful and psychologically comfortable hotel. The rooms are very simple, beautiful and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and smiling, especially the young Moroccan. I liked the attention of the staff. They are very comfortable. They treat you as if you are in your own home. They are cooperative to the utmost degree of attention. From the moment I arrived, they were interested from the reception to their interest in giving me a comfortable room for me, to their interest in the room tools and their interest in daily cleaning. The price is very fair in relation to the value of the reservation. It is one of the best locations in Paris. I hope that they will pay attention to developing themselves to reach the five-star level. They deserve it. I advise anyone in the hotel. I will repeat the experience with you very soon on a trip to Paris.

Ein sehr schönes zentral gelegenes Hotel. Super freundliches Personal. Hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Gutes Frühstück. Tolle Lage sehr viele Highlights in direkter Nähe. Gute Metro Anbindung. Schöne Zimmer mit guten Betten.|Leider hat der Fahrstuhl nur unregelmäßig funktioniert.

Just returned from a weeked at The Chess Hotel, and unfortunately I can't leave a good review. Upon arrival on Friday evening we were told that the only lift in the hotel was broken and our room was on the 5th floor. There was no offer to move us to a lower floor (presumably fully booked?) and no mention of any kind of compensation for the trouble. Thank goodness we don't have any mobility issues, but it really did put a damper on the weekend. The service was not great from start to finish with the hotel staff consistently complaining to us that they also have to use the stairs while the lift is out. For nearly 400 EUR/night I would have expected better service and some kind of compensation for the inconvenience. I cannot recommend this hotel when there are so many other great options in Paris.

The Chess hotel was perfect, really nice rooms (we had two linked rooms 407&408 which was great for us with two kids), very good service and a great location.
I would recommend it to anyone and will use again when we return to Paris.
