En Hotel HAY LADRONES !!!! no se merece tener cuatro estrellas como las tiene fui hace un año y este Hotel me robaron un colgante de Rubí, que era pequeño y me lo cogieron específicamente para que no me diera cuenta de que me faltaba después de que llegué a mi país al sacar mi maleta y sacar mis cosas. Me di cuenta que me faltaba esa joya. Llamé inmediatamente al Hotel y dijo que eso era imposible y que ellos de todas formas nos hacían responsables que llamar a quien quería llamar pero que no me iban a hacer caso fueron muy desagradables la verdad me fui con un mal sabor de boca

Bon établissement bien situé et propre, le Personnel est très sympathique, les petits déjeuners sont excellents, nous avons séjourné trois jours, le quartier est très sympa, plein de Restaurants les Concierges sont de bons conseils. Nous allons revenir dans cet établissement lors de notre prochain séjour

Grand hotel?....ein witz.||Zimmer mini..."terasse mit Abwasserrohren im Hinterhof....frühstück teuer und kleine Auswahl.|Umgebung nichts besonderes....zimmer so dunkel das ohne licht zu laufen nicht mòglich ist||1 Nacht 520 euro plus 60 frùhstùck||Schlechter Kaffee

We loved our stay in Grand Hotel Lafayette. Rooms are very compact (normal for Paris) but the decor was beautiful and has everything you need in the rooms. You can get refills of water and location was close to several metro stations and lots to see, do and places to eat close by. Thank you for a lovely stay.

El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado con varias estaciones de metro muy cercanas, hay bastantes opciones para comermuy cerca y la zona es tranquila para una ciudad como Paris. Al final tuvimos una salida un poco caótica con el personal del check out que parece se pudo resolver. Espero tengan mas cuidado con esto para el futuro

Rooms are dimmed. Our room views are above a kitchen. Unlike what is shown on websites. ||On 2nd night. Air con wasn't working. Staff can only provide a portable Dyson unit which was noisy and to be shared across 2 rooms. Not forgetting the Dyson unit was noisy. ||Both occasion when we leave luggage for storage. When we return for collection, manager at service merely opening the door at store room for us to pull out the bags ourselves. Unfortunately it isn't a budget hotel and better services are expected. ||I tried asking a name for the manager on duty. And he refused to give and asked me why I need a name. I was asking nicely but given a cold shoulder instead. ||Rooms are big and clean. Otherwise only worth 2 stars.

Very very disappointing with our stay. This is definitely not a 4-star hotel. First, the staff was very very aggressive as if we have done something very wrong. And when we ordered our first room service, the staffs were very unhappy that we called too many times - it was not our room but apparently it was another room that called multiple times. But the staffs were very unhappy about our request even before verifying the fact that it was not our room that called multiple times. There was also constant loud noise through out the day - heavy machine repairing stuff in the building, staffs' walkie talkie on loud speaker (I could hear their every conversations from my bed). The elevators did not work during our stay and our room was on the 5th floor - carrying down the big luggage was not fun. And lastly, it was not clean especially the toilet. So to sum up our whole experience at this hotel in one sentence: this is definitely not a 4-star hotel. And of course, since I gave 1 star, the staffs will not even bother to respond to my review.

this hotel shouldn't be listed as one of the Expedia VIP hotels which was the primary reason i selected it. The gold status wasnt recognized, no early check in, late check out requires 50EUR and I have checked that better rooms are opened for booking in the hotel for the nights i stay in; so basically upgrade not offered even when available. Only perks mentioned was 5-7:30 for free drinks which seems to be an offer for any hotel guest as described.

The hotel check-in was nice and smooth and it was ready by 3 pm as promised. I was lucky that the elevator was working at a time so I could take it up to the 5th floor and then walk the Stairway up to the 6th floor where my room locates. however, for the rest of the day and day I leave, it has been broken the whole time so I had to carry my 2 weeks worth of luggage down six levels of stairways when I check out.

The hotel provides a bottle of water on a daily basis. the internet access is relatively stable and I was able to utilize it without much trouble with connection or speed. On the second day I was trying to get my drink on my way out there was no one at the bar and they did not want to bother waiting for one person to show up. I got bit by bug on the last night on my thigh so that might be bedbugs
