Super nice staff! Location was incredible. So many restaurants. We loved it.

Unfortunately, the hotel decided to stay open while having major renovations going on. Hence, smell, noise and dirt were part of the hotel ambiance. Of course, this means that the hotel is making money on the back of its customers.

The hotel is good for the price. The bed is comfy. Many cafes and restaurants along the corner.

Overall it was a pleasant stay, the staff were great, the breakfast was good plenty to choose from. Even though it was undergoing a remodel the workmen did all they could to not get in your way

When booking a hotel on Agoda, there was no notice that the hotel was under renovation. If I had known this, I wouldn't have chosen this place.

Why is it a problem that it's under construction?
I'm going up after being assigned a room, but the smell of paint comes from the corridor, and I can hear the construction noise from 9 a.m.
There are restrictions on the use of elevators. The elevator went up and down repeatedly as the construction workers went up and down the goods, and it was possible to use it after a while. Besides, there's a lot of dust.

Anyway, I got the key and went into the room, but soon there was a problem with the light in the assigned room. The light is blinking and my eyes are blinking, so I wanted to change the room, but the woman at the front desk on the first floor just told us to plug in the key properly.
It's not my first time using a hotel, don't you know this? I thought it was because I didn't plug in the room key properly, so I went up and plugged it in again, but the result was the same. And when I went down again, there was another employee and he changed the room.
Now the problem has been solved, and I used it for a day or two without any major problems.

And there is no glass cup here. There is a disposable cup in the guest room. But if it's done using a disposable cup, of course you have to refill it, right? You don't refill it. This is not a shared accommodation, nor is it a hotel, not a hostel. Should I provide the service first before I come forward and ask?

And the tissue fell off in the room. It wasn't refilled as expected. I needed a refill, so I put the empty tissue on it so that I could see it, but nothing was filled.

If this hotel was a place that implements an eco-clean service that we don't clean every day, you should have notified me first. There was no such guidance at all.
And what kind of towel do you use? There's a lot of dust. How do you wash it?
Think of the reason for the two stars because of the staff who changed the room and refilled the tissue at first.
And the Wi-Fi is really not good^^

On nous a pas prévenu pour les travaux, chambre côté rue, on entends tout, fenêtre fermé.
Les rideaux ne se ferment pas complètement.
Point positif la propreté, tout est bien nettoyé.

La chambre est assez vieille, avec la moquette par terre…
Je ne conseille pas les chambres du 4eme étage.
Côté rue on entendait tout, on à l’impression que les fenêtres étaient ouvertes.
On a entendu des travaux dans l’hôtel vers 8h30 ????
Heureusement que la propreté était là, que la chambre était nickel.
Mal dormi dommage

All was good , of course only the renovation work in the morning were disturbing

My partner and I stayed here and chose this hotel over others in the area due to the location. We did not have high expectations and went through a travel agent who said this was a good hotel. We did not want breakfast included. We were, nonetheless, disappointed anyway.
Upon arrival, the young woman working at the desk was extremely helpful and kind. She apologized for the construction happening to the hotel and pointed us to where would could get emergency clothes and other things, made recommendations for food, and gave us a map. Unfortunately everything else was a bit of a mess.
Our room (number 3) had no windows (except for the one on the front door which looks out into the hotel lobby!) and looked nothing like the pictures. It felt like a basement. The bathroom had no ventilation, so after showering there would be condensation all over the walls that would drip down. There was no shower curtain, and the drain was slightly raised so the water did not properly drain and ended up all over the bathroom.
Our room had no cups, no tea/coffee, etc.
The room was tidy but not necessarily clean, there was debris on the floor and a fine layer of dust under the bed.
The young woman and another gentleman gave us a kettle to use and two paper cups, noted it was strange we didn't have any coffee and gave us two packets of tea and coffee.
When we asked for some more tea, another service man (burned into our minds for his rudeness) begrudgingly provided them, only to then charge us €5 during check out for them. More expensive than buying a 25 pack from the convenience store around the corner!

The upside of this hotel is the location. It is across from a beautiful Sfardi Synagogue, a short walk to the giant train station with convenient rail access everywhere. The shopping centre is only a 20 minute walk away. There are excellent cafes and restaurants in the area, I highly recommend looking on Google maps and sorting by distance.

Purtroppo non ho trovato un hotel ma un cantiere. L'hotel era in piena ristrutturazione e non siamo stati avvisati prima della partenza. I corridoi delle camere erano sporchi di polvere e calcinacci. L'ascensore rivestito di cartoni e sporco, anche la sala colazioni è la hall piene di polvere di cantiere. La colazione essenziale. La nostra camera quadrupla era minuscola e non ci è mai stata pulita, neanche lenzuola e asciugamani mai cambiate in 2gg. L'unica cosa buona la posizione ma non lo consiglio.

Estuvimos mi esposa y yo unos días hospedados y la vdd es quenla ubicación es genial, muy cerca de estaciones de metro y moverse en París desde aquí es muy sencillo.

Hotel in ottima posizione con personale gentile ed accogliente. Colazione continentale con ampia varietà di scelta. Camera spaziosa e silenziosa. Nel complesso una buona struttura per chi non è troppo esigente.

La camera era sporca, specialmente le tende e la moquette (non macchiata, ma con capelli e sporcizia varia). La cosa peggiore è stata trovare un calzino non nostro sporco e usato in un angolo della stanza, per non parlare della bottiglia di fanta mezza vuota (non nostra) che è comparsa magicamente sul comodino della nostra camera al ritorno del secondo giorno (supponiamo l'abbiano lasciata li per sbaglio gli addetti di pulizia). Da sottolineare anche come la camera fosse abbastanza piccola. Servizi e qualità del soggiorno decisamente inadeguati per il costo. Va comunque detto che la posizione è molto buona facilmente raggiungibile a piedi e in metro

Nous avons eu une expérience exceptionnelle dans cet hôtel. Tout le personnel de réception était adorable, le réceptionniste de nuit aussi. La chambre était superbe, les lits très confortables et la propreté au top. Nous nous sommes régalés au petit déjeuner où il y a beaucoup de choix et où le remplissage/ débarrassage est rapide. Je recommanderais cet hôtel.

Hôtel choisi pour sa proximité avec mon lieu de réunion de travail, ainsi que les tarifs intéressants sur mes dates. 2e séjour qui s'est bien déroulé, de l'accueil jusqu'au départ, confort de la chambre, bon petit déjeuner et petite attention (mot et huiles essentielles en cadeau) appréciable et appréciée.

La ubicación nos encantó, la atencion al cliente fue genial. Las camas cómodas, la habitación bastante amplia, baño cómodo. No funcionaba el termostato de la habitación asi que un poco de calor por momentos. Y esta en obra y eso fue incomodo porque hay un solo ascensor y a veces costaba conseguir que venga o estaba sucio.

Chambre 408 exigue et par moments une odeur très desagreable, et difficile de dormir avec la fenetre ouverte car rue très bruyante. Sanitaires vétustes et pas très propres. Distributeurs savon vide à mon arrivé. Mon amie Mme Hornhauer m'a montré sa chambre au 3eme on aurait dit une autre hotel!!!!

Ce second séjour s’est aussi bien passé que le premier .L’accueil est dynamique et sans faille avec l’écoute et les conseils si nécessaire .

L’hôtel est bien situé avec des accès faciles et rapides pour visiter , voir des spectacles et se restaurer .L’equipe est très accueillante souriante et disponible . Bravo et à bientôt

The hotel was excellent. The room had just been renovated and was exceptional. It was a great location to get round Paris with plenty of bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood but the hotel was in quiet street. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. I would stay in this hotel again

Hôtel très bien situé. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très sympathique. Khadija et Therry au petit déjeuner sont très sympathiques et serviables. Le petit déjeuner est correct, varié et bon pour commencer la journée. Les chambres sont calmes. Très bonnes liaisons de transport. Bon choix.

Une attention et un service excellents.
