Extremely rude front desk, unable to write a proper message in English or French. I was charged for a no show which I admitted was my mistake. I asked why no reminder or pre checkin mail was sent and they did not reply. I had to ask twice for the invoice because they did not want to send it to me. I saw they took the money by checking my bank statement, they did not send any email to acknowledged it and give me a receipt. They treat customers like gabage and employ sub par staff, would not even get close to this establishment.

We booked this place last minute but were very happy to do so!
I don’t have anything bad to say about it, very spacious rooms that can even fit 4 people with a little kitchen and basic dishes provided.
Great service, comfortable beds, all amenities provided and nice neighborhood with plenty of cafes and restaurants.

Lovely little boutique hotel. Very clean, nice service. And as someone stated prior, you quickly learn that you have quick access to so much staying in the 9th. We'd come back and stay here! ||The negative was the street light illuminating our room through the curtains at night. We had room 202 and I would not recommend it. Easily avoided. ||Thank you to the staff who hustled and were quick with a smile during the high season of tourism in Paris.

קיבלנו חדר ממש קטן בעליית הגג (אמרו שזה מה שהזמנו ביקשנו להחליף אבל לא היה חדר אחר זמין לטענתם).
החדר היה נורא חנוק ולא היה אפשר לפתוח חלונות.

ריח ממש מסריח (של ביוב) יצא מהשירותים והאמבטיה!!

יש מעלית אחת ולוקח לה 5 דקות להגיע.

חוויה ממש נוראית!!
מיד עברנו למלון אחר..

בצק אאוט אמרו שהייתה טעות בכניסה של הפקיד וצריכים להוסיף עוד כסף של מילים.

חוויה נוראית. חוץ מלהתנצל לא עשו כלום.

לעולם לא נחזור לשם!!!
