When I checked in, the accommodation was dirty in the kitchen, mould on the shower curtain, and the pictures did not match with the reality. Everything is super old and rusty and messy.
I have been in contact with them for 4 hours, providing all the pictures. They did not accept to cancel my booking and refund my money.
In 4 hours, they did not even send someone to fix the issues or take any actions.
I was in contact with Airb&b at the same time.
Airb&b tried to contact them, but they did not either reply to Airb&b for an hour until I called them and shouted at them.
I have been using Airbnb for 7 years, and I have been both guest and host. This is the first time I experienced such an awful management.
Nous avions loué notre appartement via l’agence, que nous avons retrouvé dans un état lamentable, sale, avec des dégradations importantes sur les murs ayant été orchestrés et réalisés PAR LAGENCE ELLE MÊME sans notre consentement ou notre information. Nous avons demandé une remise en état, qui, un mois après les faits, est toujours sans réponse satisfaisante de leur part. FUYEZ ce sont des commerciaux minables n’ayant aucune étique professionnelle et sens du travail bien fait. Ils ne travaillent qu’avec des prestataires incapables ET DÉSAGRÉABLES et n’ont aucun suivi des dossiers.
