Cuisine de belle facture, bien assaisonnée, plutot équilibrée et joliment présentée mais tres chiche (trop petites parts) a des prix qui sont eux, parisiens. Heureusement le pain de qualité nous a comblé le manque entre les plats.
Concept tres tendance mais pas evident de partager les plats surtout a trois (dommage !).
La table d’a coté commande le même plat que nous. Ils sont 4 : 4 gougeres, nous sommes 3 : 3 gougeres. Quid du prix de 9 euros pour ce plat ?
Service assez long entre les plats, heureusement le pain de qualité nous a fait patienter.
De plus, nous avions été placés sur une table de dimension pour deux, pareils pour l’autre table de trois. Pas tres sympa, voire incorrect. Bref, évitez de venir à trois….
Enfin, service tres parisien : peu voire pas de sourire, conversation lapidaire et manque d’attention sur le service. Bof bof.
Victime de la frequentation a majorité etrangere peut-etre ? ????

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Frenchie Pigalle with a group of 15 people, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. The atmosphere was delightful, creating a warm and inviting ambiance that made us feel right at home.

The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, ensuring that every aspect of our visit was perfect. The food was not only delicious but also expertly prepared, showcasing the culinary skills of the knowledgeable team.

A special thanks to Lou, who was fantastic in handling our communication prior to the visit. Their efforts made our experience smooth and enjoyable.

Fabulous housemate ricotta with seasonal strawberries and a pea foam. The starters were the stars. (The beef tartare is also wonderful, with its chile oil and peanuts.) Love the ambiance, light and full of energy. We went for the lunch menu. Updated May 2025: this is one of the places I always know I can take American friends or other out-of-town guests, and we'll have a wonderful lunch and they'll be charmed. It's foolproof. I love that.

Avis très mitigé sur cet établissement.
Le concept de plats à partager (comptez environ 20 € par assiette) est intéressant sur le papier, mais les portions s’apparentent davantage à des entrées qu’à de vrais plats, ce qui rend le partage difficile — surtout lorsqu'on est 3. On mange clairement plus avec les yeux qu’avec l’estomac.
Les plats froids manquaient d’assaisonnement et de saveur, tandis que les plats chauds relevaient un peu le niveau, heureusement.

Mais le plus problématique reste la présence de souris dans la salle, circulant littéralement entre les jambes des clients. Le serveur, très gentil au demeurant, a tenté de capturer l’une d’elles avec un Tupperware — une initiative pleine de bonne volonté mais totalement inadaptée, surtout en présence de personnes phobiques des rongeurs.

Ce genre de situation est tout simplement inacceptable dans un établissement de ce standing. L’expérience, déjà mitigée sur le plan culinaire, en a été profondément gâchée.

Fabulous staff. They made me, a single, older, solo female completely welcome. My dinner was amazing. The wine that was recommended was a terrific choice to accompany my meal. Thank you for such a memorable experience. I’m from Vancouver, Canada and would highly recommend this restaurant to others.

Everything was good, the food was just a bit taste-less. Expected more, this is maybe due to the dishes I got recommended. Not cheap either, spent €77 on a nibble, a main dish and two glasses of wine. Wines were very good though.

We say at the chef's table and had the privilege of watching the chef work his magic. I love the idea of small plates. It allowed us the opportunity to share many dishes. Let me tell you, they were all fantastic. This was the best meal we had in Paris

On the lunch menu there was Cappelletti and I wanted to order it, and then the waiter told me that they had substituted them with Orecchiette, "which is almost the same type of pasta". I am Italian and there is a huge difference between the two since Cappelletti are always filled pasta, and the dough is also very different from the Orecchiette. In such a restaurant waiters shall know the difference and I expect that on the menu I find the updated menu. And napkins would be great if they could be out of fabric and not paper.

Frenchie Pigalle is a cozy place served by welcoming staff, with delicious small dishes and accomplished wine list that make a get together with friends into a memorable evening to repeat. If hesitant...go for the Red TunaTacos and for dessert the Pain Perdu, not their signature dessert but one I liked the most!
