一家真正的巴黎小酒馆，提供优质产品，有肉类和鱼类菜单，还有午餐菜单。

真正巴黎式餐馆：古典的装饰、酒吧台、长凳、 石板地，让爱好者发狂的地方。正如人们常说的，传统走向前台，为了调起我们胃口，近10年来，好像餐馆有时不太慷概。乔治美食餐馆竭尽全力寻找最好的食材（来自Landemaine的面包、Joel Thiebaut的水果、Yeu岛上的鱼和羊羔肉等等），他们甚至和高品质的烤肉技术。比如，非常懂得肉的成熟程度：Polmard。菜单上，烤牛肉块（四块成熟程度不同的牛肉块），肉心带汁、外部焦黄、鞑靼牛肉、薄牛肉片......配着本餐馆自己做的薯条或者通心粉。在菜单上还有些不寻常的菜肴（牛蹄、猪胸脯肉、黄酒家禽、奶汁羊羔肉等等）很诱人。喜欢肉食的人肯定会很满足，即使他们看到账单会跳起来，因为正如人们常说的，高质量的肉品价格也是高的。最好的计划是来吃中午的套餐，有一个当日菜，但是每天更换（从溜猪里脊到鞑靼牛肉片）。

Could not have asked for a better meal or better service. Everything was pitch perfect and the staff was so kind to us as non-French speaker. Hard to pick a favorite dish, but if had to, the chocolate mousse would win the prize! Thank you for a memorable evening.

Endroit merveilleux, dans le plus pur esprit bistrot parisien. Un service précis en étant sympathique. Un sommelier qui fait voyager et partager son plaisir. Et une très jolie carte de produits frais et si bien préparé. Sa respire l’envie de partage et de plaisir.

This was such a special evening. The restaurant is so warm and welcoming, as soon as you walk in. It is a small place, and I think we had an interaction with every member of the staff. Our waiter Mathieu was terrific, giving his recommendations, and walking us through the menu. Everything we had was delicious. We had pâté en croute with fig, steak frites, and a cheese course that cannot be beat! All accompanied by an incredible Pinot noir. At the end of our meal they called a taxi for us, and it was the end of a perfect evening. You must go.
