A Parisian hidden gem, Le Flamboire never disappoints. Perfect côtes à l’os grilled expertly over open wood fire paired with a nice wine selection. It’s a must for me every time. Jean-Yves, keep up the good work :-)

Le jeune serveur est très accueillant, la viande était très bonne, le vin également !

What an amazing experience I had in this restaurant!
Cozy and welcoming place, with an incredible unique decor (especially the ceiling, mmI spent minutes to find the start of the rope).
The owner is the plus and the main character of the place, he’s just incredibly nice and quite funny. And what a mustache!
We had the classic steak which serves 2 people easily. Delicious! Can’t find words to describe how amazed I was to taste that meat. Can’t wait to come back!

Vous avez le choix entre plusieurs races et différentes maturations, et la carte des vins n’est pas en reste !
Tout est cuisiné à la cheminée, les accompagnements et les sauces sont d’une excellente qualité et enfin le service franchouillard et bon vivant m’a beaucoup plu !
S’il vous reste de la place, n’hésitez pas à goûter les desserts.
