餐厅提供烤肉和鱼的特色菜，开胃菜和经典甜点的菜单。
火或火焰背景，浅色木质和橄榄绿漆，皮椅，最重要的是用于烤肉的巨大的中世纪壁炉：欢迎您来到Flamboire餐厅，其特色是烤肉和烤鱼。Jean-Yves Chesneau供应猪排、牛排。顾客看到生牛排和其他食材，经过顾客选定，再上烤炉。等肉烤好后，配着烤土豆和南瓜块，散发阵阵香气，弥漫整个餐厅，口中熏烤的味道想起夏天的烧烤。肉很多，根据火候，肉或嫩或老，但味道鲜美，火候适中。服务热情，但不紧张，我们在这里不紧不慢地享受美味。菜单上其他的菜都是围绕着烧烤，有烤鱼、烤猪排和羊排，几种前菜（奥博拉克干香肠、自制鹅肝酱、Flamboire陶罐），传统甜食（焦糖布丁、巧克力慕斯）。

This place is amazing, we loved everything about it. We stay in the Air Bnb in front of this restaurant. We traveled Europe for a month. This restaurant was our favorite, exquisite meats, salads, potatoes and wine. The owner was very attentive with us. We have traveled a lot and nothing compares this place. The ambience is cozy and perfect. Even the desserts were amazing. We had to go twice since it was soooo good. We are from Puerto Rico and my husband is from Cape Verde and the way they treat us were outstanding A+. We cannot wait to go back. Thank you soooo much for the delicious food and hospitality.

Le restaurant Le Flamboire offre un cadre calme et agréable, avec un accueil globalement sympathique. Le responsable, bien qu’un peu distant, n’est pas désagréable pour autant — il reste fidèle à ses principes, sans pour autant faire preuve de méchanceté. Ne pouvant pas diffuser de musique, il nous a d’ailleurs demandé de ne pas mettre de fond sonore, même très discret.

Worst steakhouse in Paris.
Do not trust the picture of the host. He never smile to you if you cannot speak french or you do not order for wine.
Chateaubriand came to the table sliced. No butter upside.
Better order room service at your hotel.
The moustache guy send us a feeling that he is kinda Racist. Sorry for having Asian face but dont worry. We will never be there again.

Service was friendly and wonderful. The restaurant is on a busy street but not too loud and plenty of people watching.
