餐馆以每天变化的菜单来取悦我们的味蕾。
Tsubame在日语里是"燕子"（つばめ）的意思。如果说"独燕不成春"，但在这里它给我们带来了视觉上的巨大享受。午饭时间，这里既提供堂食，也可以打包带走--有三种盒饭可供选择（肉类、鱼肉、素食）。无论饭盒内食材的布置摆放，还是它们的味道，都能让吃的人心满意足。米饭口感劲道、蔬菜调味恰到好处、火候掌握得当、味道色彩搭配巧妙......菜单每天都有变化！到了晚上，这里就摇身一变，成为居酒屋，提供日式风格的tapas和清酒。情侣或朋友可以来这里一起品尝各种美味小食（意式薄切扇贝片carpaccio de saint-jacques、爆炒枪乌贼、腌狼鲈、包着牛肉和虾肉的越式小春卷、腌黄瓜、鲭鱼......）。该店的所有甜点，包括细腻爽滑的芝麻冰激凌，都是由老板Clément N'guyen的妈妈亲手制作的。Clément N'guyen和他的妻子Masumi Tao曾在Atao餐馆掌勺，他们的料理延续了之前的品质和精致。唯一遗憾的是，由于每道菜的量很小，一个晚上吃下来，价格不算便宜。

Venue pour prendre déjeuner à emporter. Très bon et copieux ! Une option sans viande et une option veggie. Quasi tout est bio et les recettes de légumes sont très bonnes. Le staff super friendly ✨

SO good food, SO nice people! I love the place and I try to come here as often as possible. The only thing that you need to know is that it's very popular and there is always a queue (at least for "to go", if you want to sit there normally it's very fast). So, coming early or later and not being stressed is recommended ????
