Excellente galette au sarrasin. On pourrait facilement la manger nature. Avec des œufs et des champignons, c'est un régal.

My granddaughter and I took a crepe making class here. The owner was amazing! 3 hours flew by with his animated and fun instructions. In the end we were enjoying the delicious crepes we made under his instruction, along with his sensational homemade sauces!

Gallette e crêpe fantastiche, lo chef Stéphane è molto cordiale e preparatissimo su tutto ciò che riguarda le crêpe e le gallette e loro storia. Siamo stati alla sua cooking class io e la mia fidanzata, poi abbiamo mangiato le crêpe!! Esperienza divertente da provare assolutamente ????
