I'm writing this review late because we still didn't manage to get refund for our tickets after nearly 2 months!
Chiharu shiota exibition on 15th of December was something we were looking forward to but couldn't attend.
We were there on time, waited for 50 minutes and couldn't even get inside.
Then staff told us they're hour late on booked entry and the oversold tickets and we should ask for a refund as we had booked a different visit in sequence and couldn't wait any longer.
