The chefs were fantastic—true masters of their craft but also incredibly patient and great at teaching. They guided us step-by-step in a way that made the process fun and easy to follow. It was especially heartwarming to see how kind and patient they were with our 7-year-old daughter. She had the best time and was completely engaged throughout!
After the workshop, we got to enjoy a delightful afternoon tea with the same macarons we made, which were as delicious as they were beautiful. It was such a treat to enjoy our hard work, prepared by the same chef who taught us. The kitchen itself was gorgeous—clean, modern, and inspiring to work in. It really felt like a privilege to be learning how to make macarons in such a professional yet welcoming space.
What really stood out was how they taught us techniques we could easily replicate at home, which was exactly what we were hoping for. If you’re in Paris and looking for an unforgettable, hands-on culinary experience, I can’t recommend the macaron workshop at Le Cordon Bleu highly enough! It’s a must-do for anyone passionate about cooking or just looking for a unique way to enjoy the city.
