My husband and I just returned last week from a ten-day stay at the Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris. It was really perfect! |From the moment we arrived, everyone at the hotel was helpful, warm, solicitous - the perfect hosts! From Max at the Front Desk to the bellmen, to the knowledgeable and helpful men and women at the Concierge Desk, to the Housekeeping Service - everyone made us feel like family! I truly miss them.|Our room - which was a standard room and not a suite - was lovely. The bed, of course, was very comfortable! The colors and furnishings were elegant. I loved waking up each morning and pressing a button to open the drapes and let in the sun. There was a great walk-in closet with two full-length mirrors, plenty of drawers, and great lighting options in each room, including the bathroom.|The bathroom was truly the best bathroom I have ever had in a hotel! The soaking tub was great, as was the shower, the drawers and storage areas, as well as the toilet/bidet. (Loved that warm water!)|The location was super. Just a five-minute walk to the Champs Elysee and the Arc de Triomphe. And - while the hotel itself has three Michelin-starred restaurants - my husband and I enjoyed the many authentic Parisian bistros that were less than a five-minute walk from the hotel (recommended to us by the Concierges.)|Throughout our stay, we received thoughtful gifts from the Front Desk - from books about many of the lesser known museums in Paris to chocolates, nougat, and pastries. |We are not big drinkers, so we never touched the complimentary bottle of champagne that management had left for us, but we appreciated the gesture.|Housekeeping always made it fun to return to the room - from the little touches like leaving out our slippers and my nightgown to other details throughout the room that showed that they truly took pride in their work.|There were so many more people who worked at the hotel who made the hotel feel like home - I simply cannot list them all. But I have only been home for three days, and I'm already planning our return trip to the Four Season George V. Merci beaucoup to everyone at the hotel who made our stay so unforgettable!

Séjourner au George V reste une expérience d’orfèvre, sans excès ni tape-à-l’œil. Ici, tout est calibré pour ceux qui n’ont plus besoin d’être impressionnés. J’y retrouve ce que je cherche : calme, rigueur, silence. Rien à redire.

Unieke ervaring, de absolute nr1 in Parijs.|Alles in dit hotel is uitmuntend, mooie kamers, prachtig zwembad.|Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, je kan werkelijk niks mis vragen.|Het ontbijt was super, ook op onze kamer.|Wij komen zeer graag terug!
