HÔTEL PLAZA ATHÉNÉE

Accueil inexistant, 15 minutes d’attente pour une prise de commande et surtout une table pas nettoyée. Servir un simple rafraîchissement semble être très compliqué pour staf de cet établissement.

J'ai réservé fin février une table pour votre Tea Time pour l'anniversaire de mes filles . J'ai bien précisé lors de la réservation en ligne qu'il y avait 2 végétariens (j'ai reprecise cette information par téléphone) Quelle déception pour mes filles ! La plupart de vos pâtisseries contiennent de la gélatine de poisson ! Le choix final proposé à été un sorbet, un cookie ou un dessert !
A quoi sert notre précision si rien n'est prévu pour en tenir compte !
Nous nous attendions un service à la hauteur de votre établissement .
Nous nous réjouissons de cette expérience !

This hotel is so highly rated. Despite this I surprisingly had the worst experience ever here and still from time to time think about how awful it was mainly because of one staff member (the middle aged man at reception mentioned below).

There was a middle aged man working at reception judging me saying “YOUR staying here?” In a rude way. Maybe because I didn’t look like a tall skinny model as there was a big atmosphere of that client around that day.

I also paid quite a bit at the resturant for a lamb dish and they didn’t even provide the lamb. Their reason was because I also asked for fries on the side and they said they gave that instead of the lamb? But then still charged me for the lamb

Finally, the lady at the spa never smiled at me and had a very horrible snobby personality that felt like she didn’t want me there when she was talking to other people nicely and then coming back to me rudely made it even more obvious. Not nice especially as a spa staff member who’s supposed to put you into a calm environment.

This review might sound crazy but my experience there was. It was so bad I even left and went to a different 5 star hotel. I told the middle aged man at reception that I’m leaving and he tried to call the 5 star hotels in the area to find out if “I really am staying” I felt extremely uncomfortable to say the least. My worst experience ever. Luckily it got better after that. That individual made me feel bad for no reason. I didn’t even look bad or anything either. God knows what his problem was. The service staff act as if they’re so bourgeois and snobby but have to remember they’re there to serve others.

The hotel atmosphere was reserved during the day and then literally felt like a night club at night around when I left.

Nous avons souhaité petit-déjeuner au Plaza Athénée. Vaut mieux prendre rendez-vous car la salle est comble même par mauvais temps.
Habitués des grandes tables, nous avons voulu voir ce qu'était un petit-déjeuner de niveau Palace. Et c'est une belle, très belle surprise. Le personnel est aux petits soins, mais pas trop. Les mets sont d'excellentes qualités, très bien réalisés. Pains, croissants, chocolat chaud, jus.... Un régal. Passage obligatoire pour tout épicurien !!
Un grand merci à l'équipe pour ma petite attention pour l'anniversaire de ma compagne.
