A patrons dog bit me in the bar…

The staff is great. The location is excellent. I was bitten by a dog while leaving g the bar on the last day of my stay so it ruined the experience for me. I was pretty upset and the management staff did nothing to address the issue even though I was quite loud about it. My cab was waiting so I left. Subsequent contact with the hotel was unacceptable. Apparently when the manager goes home management stops.

The location is fantastic, the staff were pleasant and warm, the rooms were cosy. The late evenings at the lobby bar, sipping and let the wine grace your palate, while we sat by the fire place and exchanged memories of long past would remain indelible..

Outstanding hotel; Perfect location. With just 85 rooms, it is a small hotel, but has an excellent staff. Natalie Urban is the GM and she makes you feel like you are staying a her home. She went out of her way to make us feel as home.||Rooms were average size ironically, the bathroom was very large.||No concierge, but the front desk staff goes out o their way to act as Concierges. ||As a Globalist Level Guest, breakfast was included. It was excellent and included everything off the menu too in additional to the buffet. ||I would highly recommend this property.

The staff were the best. Helpful to a pinnacle. Ten out of ten. Anna was the most sincere caring person. Rooms were beautiful. Super clean. Willing to help in any way. Never got in your way. Just a great experience Housekeeping were wonderful. AAlways willing to go the extra mile to ensure your experience is the best
