Très bel hôtel, les chambres sont lumineuses, propreté au top, dans une rue piétonne et donc au calme. Près du métro, très bien situé.

I complained at reception about the towels and did not receive any apology or any sort of surprise at what I had shown her. She was quite rude, and just blamed it on an external launderette. That is not good enough!! The hotel is responsible for the cleanliness and unclean towels and bedsheets is just so disgusting in a modern hotel.
The hotel room itself was tiny, dark and had absolutely no character, nothing at all like the photos advertised on bookings.com. The only coffee station is at reception, not much use when staying on the sixth floor and there are no seats in reception to even enjoy the coffee, we would have preferred the option to make it in the room.
We were also staying in the room beside the elevator which was very loud and woke us up several times during the night and early morning when in use.
I would not recommend staying here, definitely you can find better value in other hotels in Paris.
