The hotel lobby is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are very spacious by French standard. The main issue is that this is a very old building so there are noise issues that have not necessarily been resolved with soundproofing - I did sleep alright though. The carpeting in some rooms is quite unnecessary as it carries a smell which can be problematic for people with allergies (the room I changed to did have wooden floors). I was really impressed by one of the women at reception (I think she was named Romane), her treatment was so, so wonderful and a perfect example of professionalism. I was originally gonna give three stars but adding one more star because of her amazing treatment - probably among the best I’ve received at any hotel.

We upgraded to the room with the Eiffel Tower view, absolutely beautiful view from the terrace. Loved our stay here, with we had more time. The staff was very attentive and nice, and the place was very clean and nicely decorated. The location was wonderful also, walkable to many areas.

malheureusement , je baisse la note.
pas de chauffage dans la chambre pendant 4 jours . à part dans la salle de bain.
une panne de secteur nous a aussi privée d'eau chaude 1 jour. mais comme ce n'était pas de leur faute, aucun geste commercial.
pour une chambre à plus de 300 euros, ça laisse pantois...

le petit déjeuné à plus de 20 euros... ne les vaut pas...

l'enjeu écologique de ne faire les chambres qu'à la demande...on est bien d'accord, est surtout un enjeu économique...à votre faveur.

bien dommage car l'emplacement est top et les chambres avec terrasse..
