In my experience, many Americans complain about a lack of hospitality in France due to different cultural expectations. That said, I would say that this hotel is truly lacking in customer service. The hotel is behind a sliding door that a staff member needs to unlock and open for you (great for safety!) but the door is not always manned, and I had to wait several minutes on multiple occasions to enter the hotel, which feels especially inconvenient in wintry conditions and uncomfortable at night. I paid the city tax with an American Express card upon my arrival (after explicitly asking if the hotel accepted American Express), and was told upon checking out that the hotel has never accepted Amex and that my payment hadn’t gone through (the payment did go through, and I ended up getting my money back, but the way I was treated through this exchange was extremely condescending). I visited this hotel around the New Year’s Holiday for its proximity to the Champs-Élysees. While it was extremely convenient to the festivities, the access to the hotel was completely blocked off from 4-7pm on NYE. This blockage was in no way the fault of the hotel, being due to local police precautions, but when we inquired at the hotel after the fact, they indicated that it was normal every year. We were not given any formal or even informal notice/heads up when we checked in that there would be such an issue accessing the hotel. The hotel rooms were small but clean and housekeeping services kept the room in good order.

Top locatie! Louvre en Eiffeltoren op loopafstand. Midden in drukte maar totaal geen geluidsoverlast. Overal om je heen restaurants en om de zit een metrostation.|Hotelkamer erg klein maar schoon en een heerlijk bed.|Goed ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel.|24 uurs receptie

Petit hôtel à taille humaine. L'emplacement est idéal, sur les Champs Elysées et à quelques mettre d'une station de métro (ligne 1). |Les chambres sont propres et agréables. Mention +++ au petit miroir éclairé de la salle de bain, idéal pour se maquiller.|Autre point fort de l'hôtel : le personnel est adorable !!!|Merci pour l'accueil, nous reviendrons.

Hotel très bien placé proche du métro et des champs élysés petit déjeuner très bien et personnel très à l écoute. Chambre calme car double vitrage petite mais fonctionnelle . Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Nous y retournerons certainement

Un séjour normal à l’hôtel ,je n’avais pas une vue sur la ruelle ,Il manque vraiment une navette pour l’aéroport comme les autres hôtels et j’aimerais bien que vous rafraîchissez le petit déjeuner par de nouveaux produits|Le personnel était à la hauteur
