Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter Paris. Seulement, j'y ai séjourné dans le cadre d'un déplacement professionnel. Petit problème de communication entre les salariés concernant le règlement de la nuitée. Les chambres sont propres et calmes malgré le fait qu'elles donnent en partie sur une rue animée de la capitale.

Would not recommend. Flight was canceled and hotel refused to work with us. Horrible customer service!

Das Familienzimmer war groß und wurde sehr gut gereinigt. Der Frühstücksbereich ist klein, jedoch bietet das Frühstück insgesamt alles für einen guten Start in den Tag. Das gesamte Personal war zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit! Metro und Bus sind in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in zentraler Gegend. Wir empfehlen das Océanic Hotel sehr gern weiter.

Hôtel très confortable et bien placé. Rapport qualité/prix, je n’ai pas trouvé mieux.
Équipe vraiment très gentille et bienveillante. C’est un gros point fort.
Séjournant à Paris pour le travail, je ne réserverai dorénavant que dans cet hôtel qui a tout pour plaire.

When we come back to hotel on Oct 11, the other Night Shift person was making tuttut sounds all the time when talking to us, showing attitude with annoyed face. He did not even try to look for us, and saying we can shower in the morning and we should not be asking these kind of questions at night, also he mentioned we only need 5 min to dry hair, despite we have five girls and the hairdryer shut down every 5 min. It was a horrible communication with this staff. Just an advice that we think he can be nicer to the people who chose this hotel. Thanks.
