My daughter, grand daughter and I, have just spent a week at this wonderful hotel. The location is excellent - you can walk to all the main attractions. The staff are second to none. Francesca, Paul, Aurelie and Anne bent over backwards to accommodate all our needs. Nassifiati left our rooms sparkling clean and even folded all my grand daughters clothes neatly on top of her suitcase. The lovely Pelogie made us feel very welcome in her dining room. We really felt like home. The customer service at this hotel was outstanding. Thank you for making our stay such a memorable one. We will be back. ????????

Positive: Clean! Negative: Bathroom ventilation is non-existent or POOR. There is a free shuttle .CALL THE HOTEL FOR INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PICKUP LOCATION . Do not take the metro/bus to the hotel bec the only way down to the level of the hotel is a STEEP, MESSY DANGEROUS STEPS

Bloqués à Paris suite à des intempéries (en Normandie), nous avons réservé les 3 dernières chambres, à la dernière minute.
Le personnel a été très sympathiques et arrangeant (le soir, la nuit, et le matin).
L'hôtel est idéalement placé, à qq minutes de la gare Saint Lazare, du boulevard des Batignolles, et de la place Clichy.
